Jeremy is fantastically authentic with a true love and enthusiasm for cheese. Every cheese is Canadian, and he has assembled an exceptional selection of delicious cheese. I'm pretty sure he could point on a map to the pastures where the cows that make each cheese graze - he knows that much about each producer and cheese. We have also been regular attendees at the cheese/beer pairing nights that he puts on and they are fantastic value and a wonderful time. My go-to neighbourhood cheese shop - such a gem! And lots of great pantry items, including pastas, sauces, spreads, etc. Particularly love that they carry products from my hometown - the Faita Forgione pasta and other products! My favorite cheese store in the East side. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. Very rare and exceptional Ontario and Quebec cheese + various expensive groceries.
