Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Toronto

Typically when I walk into this establishment, I enjoy the food and service they provide. However today was a game changer. I walked in on Wednesday October 10th 2024 at around 9:15-20pm. I noticed that dominos currently have a deal going on for 50% off on all pizzas. Like any man that is hungry they can sense a good deal when they see one. So I walked in to order my pizza. This is where it all went downhill, I met the most rude employee that has ever worked at this location which says a lot because I have been going to this particular location for years now. He took down my order and despite fully knowing there is a promotion taking place, he put down my small pizza for full price. I had to correct him and tell him that the pricing should be half off. He then told me he would honor the discount on a separate date instead of applying the discount right there and then. It made me furious. When I asked him if he could apply it to my order he kissed his teeth and scoffed at me. Horrible customer service. On top of that, he made an assumption that me and some random person of color were together which felt prejudice. I don't want to further expand on that claim but it truly didn't make me feel good. Moreover, when I received my pizza, it was incredibly dry and not only that it was a lot smaller than usual. To finish off I am extremely disappointed as a loyal customer to this store specifically. The fact that I have been going to this location for years, and to receive an experience as such, I surely lost some respect. I will be contacting customer service line in regards to this and I hope the employee that served me at the time faces some deserved consequences. Truly made my day worse. This place makes good pizza but when it comes to wings and telling the truth..... Well it's bad as hell.... I made an order and the gave me the wrong one.... I recorded the order thank God lol... I asked for half cheese and half ... They messed it up and I called back and asked to have it fixed and get this........ They told me I said something else .... And the wings I asked for plain and they sent hot BBQ... I ASKED FOR PLAIN AND THE SAUCE ON THE SIDE..... DIDN'T HAPPEN.. AND I CALLED BACK TO HAVE IT FIXED AND THEY TOLD ME "I NO SIR WE DO NOT MAKE PLAIN WINGS!!!!!!NEVER HAVE AND NEVER WILL........" I KNIW THEY DO AND I CALLED 3 OTHER PLACES AND THEY CONFIRMED THAT THEY DO AND ALWAYS HAVE...... THEY JUST KEPT BEING JERKS AND YEAH YOU CAN IMAGEN THE REST....... HERE IS THE NUMBER FOR THE PLACE FOR ANYONE WHO WOULD LIKE TO ASK IF THEY HAVE PLAIN WING LOL AND THEY ALSO WOULD NOT LET ME TALK TO THE MANAGER OR NOTHING....

LAUGHING IN THE BACK ASWELL... HOPE NO ONE GETS MAD ENOUGH THAT THEY FLY DOWN THERE AND YOU KNOW WHAT(TOON THEM THE ** UP) CAUSE THAT'S WOULDN'T BE GOOD AND HOPE THEM THE BEST.... JUST HOPE THEY START DOING THERE JOBS AND NOT LIE TO THE PPL WHO ARE KEEPING THEM UP AND RUNNING... SAD MAN... WILL NEVER ORDER FROM DOMINO'S EVER AGAIN JUST BECAUSE OF THE CHILDISH BEHAVIOUR AND THE LACK OF HONESTY.......

I order delivery from this location all the time and haven't really ever had any complaints as I have never set foot within the actual building. As a result of being such a frequent customer, I received a whole slew of coupons over three weeks ago, which included a buy one get one free large pizza coupon. I attempted to add the code online and was met with an error message so I called the store. I explained my issue and was told that bogo is "only on Tuesday's", I responded baffled and said that nowhere on that specific coupon does it specify the date in which the coupon could be used. Furthermore, the coupons have no expiry dates and the only coupon with a specific date indicated is the 30% off coupon that states it is only valid on the 30th of any month.

After explaining the lack of sense in the Tuesday excuse, I was asked for a code, I told the man I spoke to that the code was BOGO and he alleged to have put the code in the computer and told me that he received a message prompt saying the coupons had not yet been activated and that they would probably only be activated next week. I've had these coupons for almost a month, so how that can be the case I do not understand. Needless to say, a very disappointing experience for someone who has spent hundreds of dollars on pizzas here for...
