A few points here. I have been ordering from Dominos for many years. Each time I log into my account either on the app or the site I must reset my password. I know the password as I keep it in a password manager, each time I reset it. May I suggest adding multifactor authentication to verify the security of your customers' accounts I stead of making your drivers and customers go through this verification process again and again.
Background Today, after I verified my account and credit card information again, I received a call from the location to tell me that because this is a new account that the driver will need to verify my credit card again when he gets here. I called the store back to verify that it was in fact the store that called me, yes it was. I asked about the new account policy and the reason was the store manager said that this is a new policy. I told the person that I have been ordering for years and the driver even knows us as we sometimes have a quick conversation, but the system says my address is a new account and the policy applies. When the driver came to the door he recognized me and I him. I was then told that head office is responsible for this new policy of verifying the credit card again at the door. There seems to be an issue with people saying that they did not order the pizza when the driver is standing at the door.

The lady who answered the phone was not professional, no empathy and rude. She told me I’ll get a credit (I can call the store and order 1 medium 3 topping pizza anytime). I explained her that I’m starving right now, wasted time waiting for wrong order and how is offering credit (first of all I paid for it) helping this situation. She then offered to send my pizza now and said those are the only 2 options I have rudely. I requested her to send my pizza, she agreed (didn’t mention anything about me having to return the wrong pizza). After 30mins(5:30pm) delivery guy (Atal - that’s what he said when I asked his name) knocked on the door, hesitated to give me my pizza, told me it’s a replacement order and I’d need to return the other pizza (I did not touch the pizza and had no issue returning it, the lady I was spoke to didn’t inform that i’d need to return other pizza and it felt unsanitary/unsafe specially with COVID going around. Due to covid I am very uncomfortable with a open box and I’ve never received anything like this before and I always order from here. I contacted the store and the manager told me all the boxes are open which is not true! He gave me a very hard time and refused to send another one even thou I offered to give him the first pizza back. I had to contact another store and the manager there contact him and told him to send a new one. However, I’m not sure the communication he had with his worker but the guy came here telling me to open the box and make sure I didn’t waste their time. This is so far the worst service I ever had. After all you guys are going to garbage the return pizza, because there is no way you can sell that to another customer. At the end of the day I don’t have time for this and I would have never offer to give the pizza back if I was comfortable eating it. You don’t treat people this way.
