I ordered a pizza from the Sherbourne Street location. The address listed said Sherbourne Street. The email I received listed Sherbourne Street as the location. There is no Sherbourne Street location right now. It's gone. I couldn't get groceries because of the trucker protest, and now I can't get pizza because Dominos lied to me. I wish I could rate this negative 50. It's pretty damn stupid to hide from your customers. NO ONE at Dominos decided it would be a good idea to give their customers the correct address. Since they OBVIOUSLY don't want me there, I'll never order from them ever again. What pure utter BS. This is the most idiotic pizza experience of my life.
Update: tried them again. I arrived a minute or two before it was supposed to be done. I was told a couple minutes later. Five minutes later I was was told 3-4 minutes. Ten minutes later I was told 5 minutes. My order was supposedly ready LONG before that according to their on screen display and then my name disappeared. They offered a larger pizza for the same price, which made me think they hadn't started my original order. I just said just get me my pizza as fast as possible. Read moreThis store is a joke. Bad customer service, unfriendly staff, I have had issues in the past, but this is the final straw. We always order light pizza sauce, we order from there weekly, last week had so much sauce on it was even more than what I would consider normal, so I complained about it. Ordered the replacement tonight (they didn’t actually replace it I had to pay in as the offered less than the initial value) so as always, light sauce, the picture shows what was presented… NO sauce at all. The manager said this is what light sauce is but refused to see how many orders I have had in the past and every one of those are light sauce. The manager only wanted to refund $3.50 on a large deluxe! This store should be shut down and sold to a franchisee who is prepared to ensure staff are trained in all aspects and especially customer service. They keep responding with a less than acceptable response, they not prepared to replace the full pizza instead offer a discount on another pizza where I still have to pay extra for their mistake. Read moreThis store needs to be shut down. The worst customer service ever. I ordered a large 6 cheese pizza , with garlic base sauce instead of tomato on the app, for delivery. When the pizza arrived, I had realized that the base sauce was tomato, and not garlic base. Okay, no problem. I’ll call back and have them replace it.
When I called and asked to speak to the manager , I was put on the phone with alleged manager. I told him I could send, or show a picture for proof even. He told me I could get a replacement pizza , but I’d have to walk back to the store and pick it up myself, and to bring the first pizza. Confused cause I had never had this happen before, and usually they will just replace it no problem at any other location I’ve been to.
I got off the phone and told my boyfriend what had just happened. Frustrated and hungry, my boyfriend called back not even 2 minutes later to have them tell us, the manager isn’t even there. Then they proceeded to put us on hold for over 10 minutes, to at which point we were so hungry we just decided to hang up and eat the pizza.
