I really regret this choice of place to get my food from!!! Don’t waste your money Aspecially if order online!! This reviews and rate to this place seems more fake to me than real from experience I’ve had…!!!!!! Waaaay overrated if I could I would rate it not even one star! Ordered through uber eats lentil soup and chicken shawarma meet, I’ve been usually ordering that both from other restaurant near my house but since it was night time and that place was closed I’ve decided to go on with this place…… “Lentil soup” that’s what they call it, literally more reminds of lentil water bowl, there’s more of water than lentils in there and taste is obviously like water, price is same for their small bowl as for regular size at the place I usually order and I was stupid enough to update it to big size for extra 3$…… it was no taste, watery, SIZE WAS SAME AS REGULAR SIZE OF OTHER PLACES IVE ORDERED FROM BUT 3$ more for it I don’t understand what I’ve paid for? I could drink water would be same affect !!! Now Chicken shawarma meet…… guys I swear to God this chickens better be eating gold or something….. otherwise I don’t understand how such a small amount of chicken meet can be priced 8$?????? Like really???? ( so you guys can understand it’s a size of a container Swiss chalet puts their gravy in) terrible experience first and last time ordering from them, rather to go sleep hungry than this kind of experience!!!!

PC: To stuffs of restaurant who will most likely reply to this comment… I’ve read through other comments and this all I can say… do not apologize for inconveniences do something about them…. I don’t need to order overpriced food that is not even taste good or proportional portion to price!, No I don’t want refund or meal compensation from you…. Take that money as charity… and improve your business… as There’s no way I’m dealing with your food ever again… or waste my time to...

I had a quite terrible and unfortunate experience. I placed my order through SkiptheDishes for 1 chicken shawarma plate and falafel wrap combo. Received no chicken in the chicken shawarma plate. I called the store and was informed that they messed up the order and forgotten to put the chicken, and asked me to call tomorrow for a refund to speak with the manager instead. However, when I called again, the next day, I was not able to speak with the manager, but instead spoke to the woman who prepared the food, she told me that she looked through the cctv and put the chicken.

Personally, i find it quite hard to believe that she actually have the time or access to scrub the footage over that one order. It sounds quite ridiculous that the delivery driver ate only the chicken from my food, and that is disgusting to accuse someone else just to avoid the responsibility of your own mistake. This is ridiculous. I understand that you guys are busy, but if you forgot to put chicken, just simply say you forgot. Don’t lie and ruin someone’s dinner. It doesn’t sit well knowing that a delivery guy touched my food, when in reality, you just forgot and couldn’t provide the refund. Which is completely understandable, but...

My first time ordering with Ghazale. Located at 4 Walmer Rd in Toronto. I ordered with Uber Eats and my ordered consisted of Chicken Shawarma plate, delicious home made rice pudding and a pop. I requested to have sauce on the side and they complied which was nice of them. I didn't want soggy food hence the request. When I opened the container I was saying yes! It had potato and it meant I can distribute my sauce and enjoy. The rice, potato and chicken was nice. I ate all. There was also a salad on the side but, I didn't like it. It had way too much beets. My mother liked the beets but, it just didn't go well with the meal. It had some coleslaw in it and way too much peas I tried to pick some out but, it was a task lol. The Rice Pudding was ok. You can taste the rice but, I won't comment on that as Rice Pudding was not a favorite of mine when I was small but, I liked the presentation of it and it was a great size too.
