Deeply Disappointed. I ordered a 3 day Green Cleanse to be delivered on Thursday - this was the only day possible as they do not deliver to where I live so I arranged to pick up my order in Markham the following day. I wanted to do the cleanse Sat, Sun, Mon - My birthday is Tuesday (Big Birthday) and I really wanted to start my next year fresh and healthy feeling. They only delivered 2 boxes (2 days) and I did not realize the mistake until late Friday as I had put the boxes directly into the fridge (I assumed that everything for the 3 days was in those 2 boxes). I started my cleanse on Sat morning; once I realized that I was missing product, I emailed both the general email and the delivery email and received auto responses from both. I then called the number given for more urgent matters and left a message. A couple hours later I phoned a general inquiry number and spoke to someone that works in a store. She assured me that she was going to get in touch with someone who could help me; she took my name and telephone number and I waited. She was very friendly, but no one called back. I called several more times and there was no answer at all. I am really frustrated. All I wanted today was for someone to tell me where I could go to pick up my missing order while I was visiting family east of the city. Now I want my money back. So disappointed. I really like the product and have purchased in store many times. This is my first experience ordering online from them. Honestly, I know everyone is going to experience the cleanses differently. With my personal experience, not only did I get my package a week later than expected…. But on the second day I became very dizzy and light headed. Followed all the instructions even leading up to the cleanse. I had a endless migraine, my face was very hot, and I didn’t lose even a pound within the 2 days. I won’t bother with the 3rd day especially because everyone at home got worried about me. I made myself a small amount of tuna with lemon and let me just say, my migraine went away and same with the dizziness. I completely wasted $186…. Our bodies shouldn’t go too long without good. It’s not healthy for us at the end of the day. Like I said, I know everyone will experience it differently. But truth me told, if we change our diet and exercise we will have better results than fasting for 3 days. You take the risk you want, but if you experience migraines and dizziness I would stop because you’re body is trying to tell you something. I forced myself through the second day and at the end I had to eat to feel better. Take what I say with a grain of salt, I’m just being honest about MY personal experience. I’m sad to make this OK review...but I have too. I fell in love with GHJCo from the beginning. I loved their Firefly( well our kid was obsessed with it!) and their juices are still good. I had walked away from this product after the change in their almond milk. After my walk in today, I’m not sure I’ll ever get anything other than the juice. I ordered a RawCaoCao (Coco) and was not impressed. The first sip tasted great...flavour wise, but it was so thick I could barely suck any through the straw. Upon bringing this to the attention of the employee, she politely re-blended my shake...but drastically changed the flavour of it by adding too much milk possibly. The yumminess was gone. I wasn’t driving back to change it a second time. But I was NOT happy nor impressed. This has happened before. I miss the old vibes and the exclusive taste of the milk. I downed half of my ‘not-impressed-shake’ and was left feeling sad about this purchase. Not worth...
