I went today, Aug 20th Sunday, for pick up between 2-2.30 pm. I opened the door and entered the store, and I'm in front of the register. The lady inside very loudly asked me if I read the poster in front of the door facing outside the store. I was a bit confused and said no. I don't know whether this Caucasian female staff is dumb, stupid, and rude or doesn't know any kind of customer service.
I'm already inside the store for pickup, and she wanted me to go back open the door and read the sign that says "NO BANANA'S, SO NO SMOOTHIE."
This Caucasian female staff could easily tell me by my her own mouth rather than asking me, "Did u read the sign which is placed outside ? Go read it. " Jus say to the customer who's in front of you whats it about...!! You Don't have to FORCE them to go out and read the sign when they're right in front of you. JUs say to the customer. There's no smoothie available. That's it.
But the other staff who's an south Asian (Indian) male staff who was working there could understand the confusion in my face, that I wasn't there for a smoothie and for a pickup as he asked me right away.
And by the way, I wasn't even there to get a smoothie.
So it's very important to know what is actually a good customer service. I hope the company will give this lady some kind of training for at least some BASIC customer service or at least to use them some common sense...

After placing an online order, we arrived 20 minutes later only to find that it hadnāt even been started. When we politely asked to cancel the order and re-place it for delivery due to time constraints, the response was appalling. A staff member with purple accents in her hair not only refused to accommodate our request but also used highly inappropriate language, aggressively telling us to leave and never return.
We left empty-handed, feeling disrespected and insulted. Given the hostility we encountered, we couldnāt trust that any future order would be handled properly or safely. This level of unprofessionalism and outright meanness from the staff is unacceptable. Never have we experienced such a lack of basic courtesy...

Most recently they informed me after ordering that they were not accepting debit or any form of tap payment and that I needed a physical Visa card to pay. The time prior they charged me for two orders of protein powder that I didnāt order or receive. And the time before that I waited 20 min for my drink as they prepared smoothies and food for three group after me while I stood waiting.
I love their product but can not support the terrible service at...
