Kashmir Curry & Biryani House — Restaurant in Toronto

Hi, I had visited on Friday, August 8. I had a chana and a naan. I requested if you can give me a sesame naan on instead of regular and then I offer one dollar extra while sesame naan cost only 50 Cent extra. the lady who was working there was very rude and has no sense. Maybe she is right they don’t replace it for the people who pay for the same money, but I offer extra money for sesame. Her behaviour was very non-mature, was too rude and not polite at all. Was very unprofessional. She had over attitude and upon my talk to explain she tried to ignored. What I realize she is not able of working as a cashier and cannot handle the Friday night which is may be a busy night and for that reason she was over route to the peoples very disappointed definitely I will give you a Food feedback which was very good here I like your food, but you need to improve your service. I’m not asking for a free food but for the extra food I was paying extra, but she has no sense to understand what...

I am buying biriyani from this place since 2018. The quality of food has severely deteriorated. They used to serve fresh food before, but now I have no doubt that they dont care about quality anymore.

I bought 2 biriyani yesterday for take away. After reaching home I found the biriyani is stale. It smelled like its the leftover from previous few days.

They increased the price over time and deteriorated the quality. Either the sales has gone down or they want to make more money. Eitherway, its a nightmare for customers. I will never go back.

Their behavior is also poor. HIGHLY RECOMMEND OTHERS NOT TO BUY FOOD FROM THIS TAKEOUT. THEY WILL PROVIDE STALE FOOD AND WILL NEVER REGRET DOING THAT.

They run a food business and looks like they have sold their moral and ethics for money.

I dont know how they pass the food quality inspection.

They should be reported to the Authorities for providing unhealthy stale food and charge...

Excellent. Amazing. Wonderful . Delicious food .. I would recommend them to everyone who wants great catering service during Covid time. They helped me with each and every thing. They will make package for you so nicely. I ordered for 10 and 5 people packages. Everything was so perfect and amazing . All my guest loved the food and it was wonderfully packaged . Till the last day they helped me with everything I needed. Customer service is sooo great . They treat you like family. Food was for wedding at home and honestly each and every item they made it so delicious and perfect that I have nothing but praises for them .
