The staff at the front seems like she never heard of the term “customer service”. She’s taking orders while looking down on an iPad, I’m going to assume that she’s doing online orders. The debit machine is full of printed receipts and she doesn’t even bothering to tear them off so we can use the “tap” quicker. I’ve waited for a nice solid 15 minutes and one customer asked why it’s taking so long, only then I and other customers realized it’s going to take 9 more minutes for the regular chicken to be done and the front staff doesn’t even bother telling us, she’s going back and forth and in and out in the kitchen, great! Few minutes passed, the same customer asked again and this time the front staff answered and she said “I don’t know, I’m not the manager” awesome. She’s also constantly looking at the front doors like she doesn’t want more people to come in.
When I finally got my order after a total of 32 minutes, I realized that it was missing the dips, I ordered the $10 for two meal. What’s in the bag are two packets of ketchup. It’s not worth driving back just for a dip. I’m not even including their chicken in this negative review as I already admitted and accepted that it’s no longer the same as it used to ten years ago.

Read moreFirst let me say I've been going to this location for years and yesterday was the first time I had a problem that required me to go back to the store so hopefully it's just a one off, I went there to buy a Tuesday's special and a small gravy and there was about 5 other people at the time, the cashier at the till who looks Ethiopian or Eritrean took my order and I waited my turn got my food and left but when I got home and checked I only had the special minus the small gravy so I felt my pocket for the receipt to see if l was charged for the gravy but there was no receipt so because it was an interact transaction I checked my bank account only to find out I was charged $18.03 for my Tuesday special minus gravy so I went back and protest to the cashier what my issue was and showed her my bank statement so she tried to put the money back on my bank card as I requested but she was having difficulty so I told her to give me the cash instead if possible which she eventually did as by then the store was full of people and thankfully they were very patient up to the time I left the store, I wonder if it a regular...
Read moreToday is July 05 2019, at 9:46 PM i placed my order with KFC Delivery, and was told i would receive my order in 40 Minutes, upon waiting one hour i decided to call and was told my order should be here in 4 minutes and said let me transfer you to the store for more information, the store answered the phone and was not very polite the lady in a Guyanese accent says I don't know what to tell ya my driva at Sheppard n i'll know in like 30 minutes how long before he come to ya, so i asked if it's going to take another hour before i can eat and i'm told maybe.
I call back at 11 PM and i'm offered a 2 Liter Pepsi for the inconvenience i said so i don't get a discount? i'm told no until i asked for a manager and i was told 20% off i don't really care about the discount i care about how i was given run-around's just to get a meal delivered to my home.
Long Story short it's been nearly 2 hours and i have not received my food i think you guys should have better management, and staff this is very sad KFC store.
