Subway — Restaurant in Toronto

Went into this Subway few hours ago. A couple was before me ordering so I stand to the side. When they were finished ordering I went in-front is the two most rude employees that was there could see me standing there. It’s not like they didn’t see me they both looked at me.

None of them even acknowledged me, I stand there while they talked over the open containers of food. One was refilling the lettuce and peppers the other was making a sandwich.AND NO OTHER CUSTOMERS WERE THERE. So it’s not like they were busy.

At least if you’re busy, acknowledge me or something. I stand there like my business doesn’t matter. This was on April 6, 2024 at around 11pm so many places are closed. I really wanted to get a salad bowl as I wasn’t feeling well and didn’t eat all day.

Train your staffs. These were two south Asian males working. They have absolutely NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. I was going to say something to them, however I just walked out and keep my peace and money. I’ll never set foot back in there. The place felt dirty and they were just yapping over he open containers of food. This is how people get sick.

Do better subway. You have to train your employees in cleanliness and customer service.

I would NEVER recommend anyone patronize...

Got a Buy 2 get one Free which cost me $19 before tax and fees. It was my favourite Steak and Cheese Sub. Main issue BOTH SUBS NO CHEESE!!! Wth. Cheese is the first thing you put on the dang sub. Barely ANY sauce, toppings chincy, so little. Lucky for me I have mozzarella cheese slices at work and mayo and lettuce. I got $5 Uber bucks back but seriously how do you miss cheese in steak and cheese on TWO SUBS??? The steak was only HALF amount like they spread it out between 2 subs. That's your 2 for 1 deal people. The only 2 for one I got was more bread. Pathetic. You guys dont care about your customers and are only looking at your bottom line. I always look forward to this Steak and Cheese sub as its a treat for myself but nope not this time. Dont run promos if you just want to piss off potential future customers. I will NEVER order from this location again. Lost my business for life. I'll just stick to the one near my work at Weston and Hwy 7. Never been disappointed...

Subway, in the Norfinch Business Center on the southwest corner Jane Street and Finch Avenue, is a takeout plus dine-in restaurant. It is right beside the Yummy Wok in the strip plaza and is fairly busy any time of the day, busier in the evenings and weekends. The American franchise chain restaurant is famous for its make-your-own-sandwiches and foot-long sandwiches; however, the foot-longs may not be available at all the outlets in near future. Subways cater to the needs of none veggies, veggies, and vegans. With innumerable outlets in the USA and Canada, Subway serves as a citadel in the forest for veggies and vegans who always find it difficult to get the food of their choice. The likeable and most appreciated aspect of the subway is that you can choose your bread and what goes in it. Subway, at this location, is pretty clean and the employees are friendly.
