During covid before phase 1, KK was only on Uber eats and I was craving cake batter but they only had two options either all original or assorted. I ordered a dozen original box and in the notes just wrote how I really was ordering this cause I wanted a cake batter. I honestly didn’t think anything of it but shout out the KK Spadina team for making my day that day but actually fulfilling a small request which was out of their way. Now we can walk in and order and I just want to say this location consists of employees whom are good at their job and deliver exceptional service, practice physical distancing and even when I called in they told me to order around a specific time due to shortage of doughnuts. Thank you truly for working during these times but for being humble, appreciative and delivering as difficult it can be!! Spadina KK workers all deserve a raise +...

I regularly go here to have coffee and a donut waiting for my friends living in Kensington Market and had to use the washroom twice in a row. Unfortunately I have a weak bladder when sick and had 3 coffees. The 3rd time I wanted to use the washroom, i got told to leave cause other customers would wanna use it as well. There was no lineup and the washroom was clean too. I felt so humiliated. Just cause I look fairly young doesn't mean I can't have to pee several times once I have had several coffees. In the end I had to use the dirty washroom from Burger King. I am from Germany and know that people from outside use the washroom for free, but I am always going to Krispy Cream for donuts/ coffee and getting told that I going to pee to often is so rude and embarrassing for me as a customer. Will think twice in future before...
