Best butter naan in Toronto. The naan can easily be reheated after a day & still maintains the freshness. It’s reasonably priced at $2.50 a naan. Also, they don’t make the naans every time. I went around 7 pm to buy it & they were done for the day. Were trying to sell their burnt naans.

While handling the food they should wear hairnets & gloves. Cashier is handling the food & putting the naans barehands into the bags. Its disgusting & public health guidelines needs to be enforced.

Also, women cashier unable to communicate due to language barrier & always acts aggressively. She shouldn’t be rude to those who don’t know their language.

I hope they can improve the customer service as they lack hugely & be more inclusive. Despite all these complaints, i still recommend...

Great customer service, offers authentic taste of an array of Afghan foods

The bread sold here is a Pilar of Afghan culture and has been present for countless centuries in Afghanistan and the rest of Central Asia, it is unfair for some Iranian individuals, to leave unfair and spiteful reviews because they believe “sangak” bread is exclusive to them.

Furthermore the kind of Karahi, Capli kebab etc. you will be served here is the authentic Afghan style which predates the one later on introduced in Peshawar and further popularized in Pakistan. Once again it is unfair and negatively effects an honest business when people are leaving false negative reviews because they believe certain foods to be exclusive to...

Based on my experience as a former restaurant owner on Mississauga Highway 10, which the owner of MAMA Bakery and Karahi. Dr. Rahim has tried my food and grill and loved it, my humble advice will be: To thrive as a restaurateur, focus on consistency, quality of food on daily bases and exccelente customer service, strong leadership and creating a positive work environment. Prioritize employee training, understand your customer base and continually work on improving the customer experience. Dr. Rahim probably gives new immigrants a chance to work & start a new life in canda , which is great of him, the customer can be generous enough, so giving a negative review to the restaurant is...

I wanted to share a recent experience I had at MAMA Bakery and Karahi that I believe you should be aware of. First and last time at the MAMA Bakery and Karahi terrible experience I had yesterday. I was SHOCKED last night i bought BOLANI . I can not explain how bad these BOLANIS were . The BOLANI did not have Potatoes and onions . Have you ever see the BOLANI without any filings .the prices seemed disproportionately high for what was in the market .i strongly suggest all customers to please check the price and freshness before buying anything.I wanted to share this feedback with you in the hopes that it will prompt improvements and ensure that others do not have a similar experience.
