Terrible Experience – Avoid at All Costs
When I say terrible, I mean it. This restaurant is truly awful. BAD, BAD, BAD! If you love food and want to avoid a horrible experience, stay away from this place. I’m a real customer, and I genuinely believe everyone should do whatever they can to shut this place down or, at the very least, get the staff replaced. This place doesn’t operate like a proper restaurant.
There are no customers, and the reason is obvious—the staff, particularly the woman I encountered. From the moment I walked in, I could tell something was off. They spoke in a different language, but it was clear she was making rude remarks about my ethnicity while deciding who would take my order.
I decided to give them a taste of their own medicine. This restaurant charges $0.25 for forks, which they keep behind a glass panel. So, I grabbed a few extra forks and left. To add insult to injury, they even charge tax on the forks. When there’s an issue, the staff starts complaining, cussing in their language, and showing anger toward each other.
If you’ve ever been to another Manchu Wok, you’ll know the experience is usually much better. You’ll get samples, friendly service, and a more pleasant environment. But here? It’s completely different. The food is bland and tasteless—something you could easily make at home. On top of that, they give you small portions for a high price. It’s unfair to the customer, and that’s likely why they struggle to keep business.
If you’re a new customer, I strongly advise you not to visit this place. If you’re reading this review, give it a like. We need to stop this restaurant from serving poor-quality food with terrible customer service at outrageous prices. Also, the person that is the reviewer of the mantra wok account. That’s looking at these reviews. Is not acceptable...

This was honestly one of the worst fast food experiences I’ve had in a long time. The service at Manchu Wok was absolutely abysmal—rushed, rude, and uninterested. It felt like I was bothering them just by ordering food.
As for the food itself, the portions were laughably small. I paid over $10 for what looked like a kid’s meal. Barely any meat, a scoop of rice, and a drizzle of sauce masquerading as an entrée. They’re incredibly stingy with what they give you, and for the price, it’s basically a scam.
To make matters worse, the food was lukewarm and tasted like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for hours. No flavor, no freshness, and definitely no value.
I don’t know how this place is still in business. Save your money and your taste buds—go literally...
Read moreI tried this Chinese food cause it was the only one close to where I'm staying and was on the way to where I was going. Food wasn't the bad I've had. I got the special cause it was recommended and I can't handle spice well, there was a good variety of choices but all looked spicy. The vegetables were a plain coulda used a Lil salt, noodles didn't have much flavor but we're fine with soy sause on them only got 1 coulda used 2. The honey garlic chicken tasted good but acouple pieces were very hard. The spring roll had a weird flavor can't name the spice but texture was good. I'd go back if I'm craving chineese again and try a different 3 items and get noodles again and ask for more soy. Service was good. And portion was good filled the whole container and filled me for 3 meals. Food court was...
