The two ladies that served me today were incredibly UMPROFESSIONAL. While i was ordering they were talking to eachother and interrupting me while getting my order in, it didnt help at all that they were handing my order items at me WHILE I WAS STILL ORDERING. They didnt get my full order in because one kept on walking around getting the items already and the other lady popped in to take the rest of it??? Look I dont expect a fine dining experience at a fast food place, but learn to NOT distract your co-workers while they are working and risk just upsetting the customer in the process. I ended up missing an item i wanted to order because of that absolute chaos. Learn to not be chatter boxes to co-workers on the job, theres a time and place for that behaviour. The only reason why Iâve given two stars is because atleast the food is always okay. The staff here is always a toss up however! I highly recommend the Timhortons on the lowest level of the MARS building (literally across the street and its an easy route from queens park station). Theyâre far more professional and get the job done and I havent had any issues...

My issues with this visit alone is that they forgot to put sweetener in my iced coffee, there were still coffee grinds in the coffee, and the cashier (an older Asian lady) practically barked at me when I asked if I can use a coupon. To be exact, she said something similar to, âyou should have told me you had a coupon firstâ, which I TOTALLY understand how frustrating it must be to spend a few seconds to switch off the card scanner. To note, when she asked me how I would like to pay, I said I would like to use a coupon BEFORE anything else, so she turned the card scanner before I got the words out by her own volition.
This might be silly, and I never imagined myself to rant about a bad experience on Google Reviews but this location is genuinely terrible.
I definitely will not be recommending this location to anyone else, and I will not be...
Read moreThe attmosphere around here is great because there are many options for seating indoors or outside. Nice looking cigarette recycling looking "canisters" in concealed locations along walls in between stairs and benches while still being visible. I did not enjoy the line up to the many open registers because it isn't layed out in a way where customers understand whether they are to stay in front of that cashier for their order or go to some pick up area. Therefore, it can be overcrowded mess at lunch time with many people on their lunch breaks and visiting near hospitals and Queen's Park will come here.
I had the everything sausage croissant that turned out to be an everything bacon croissant. Haven't tried the sausage to compare. It was delicious with my caramel flavored ice cap. Didn't enjoy the server not taking ownership in miss hearing me order the drink as I was served a caramel flavored ice coffee initially. Accept it, apologize correct it move on. Don't tell the customer they were wrong. So deduct a star for that. Otherwise overall, the seat outside and good food...
