Morso Me Food To Go — Restaurant in Toronto

Wow. The sandwiches that I had were incredible here. Extremely tasty made on soft home made bread. But if you want to know why this was a 5 star experience, buckle in and join me on this review ride. Usually, I am the kind of person that only leaves reviews if they are negative, but this one was so exceptional, I was forced to write about it. I ordered the chicken parm and muffuletta by phone. When I arrive at the shop, they said they were a bit behind because there system had crashed, and offered me a free soda while I waited. When I got to my buddys house, much to my dismay, they had mixed my order up, and given me the meatball sandwich instead of the muffuletta. Being a person who craves muffuletta, and had not had a good one since I had been to NOLA, I called them back asking if they could correct my order. My call was met with nothing but apology, and they told me to keep the sandwiches I had received, and that they would make me another. When I got there, not only did she hand me the free sandwich, she offered me another one on a card, because they made me walk there in bad weather. This I refused, as the quality and customer experience had been so good already, I would not want to come back and not give them more money. I will be telling all of my friends in the area, and will be going back often. Very excited to try their other menu items. Well done.

By far the best Restaurant In town for healthy Italian Dishes on the go. Located right in the heart of the downtown Liberty village area, surrounded by doggy daycares , restaurants , convenience stores and condominiums, Morso Me provides excellent service and amazing meals on the go. The Menu consists of a variety of specials such as assorted sandwiches , sides , and salads. One of my all time favourites is the rustic meatball sandwich. It's cooked and made from some of the finest meats from a far and the meatball sandwich swims in a sea of hearty tomato sauce. It's one of my favorite dishes to choose from. Another favourite is the Chicken Schnitzel . Made from the finest ingredients and dressed in a sauce to die for, the Chicken Schnitzel comes dressed in your choice of hot peppers(or not) or a variety of veggies to choose from. Apart from those options, Morso Me provides salads, pastas, desserts, sides , and your able to pick up the family own tomato 🍅 sauce for your liking. There's this incredible Italian place in my hometown, and ever since moving to Toronto I've been looking for a place that compares. It took me over a year but I'm pretty sure Morso Me is gonna be it for me. The second I walked in the smell told me the food was going to be great.

I got their chicken parm sandwich and fettucini alfredo. They were both fantastic. The chicken parmesan sandwich is perfect - not too heavy, plenty of flavour and the bread is to die for. I'm super picky on alfredo sauces (can't stand when it's too onion-y). I've gotta say, I was initially hesitant on the 'honey' description but holy what an awesome idea. Could be one of the best alfredo sauces I've ever had.

I'm also really impressed with how affordable the prices are too. Pasta dishes in Toronto usually run up to $14-20 depending on how fancy a place is. $10 for the dish I got is a steal. And $8 for the chicken sandwich? It's so big you're basically getting 2 sandwiches. Fantastic. Next time I'm in I plan on trying some of their gelato too. My only regret is not trying this...
