Osmow's Shawarma — Restaurant in Toronto

It’s a big scam and they’re not notifying the customers if you don’t realize they’re charging you extra you never gonna know about it… you can see the toppings right and it says you should pay extra for some toppings but for the tzatziki it’s not in the deal seems like free you can add in your plate or shandwixh but when you go to cash out for the pay while choosing your toppings they’re charging you and extra and even not letting you know about the extra price at all when I ask them whey we’re like ohh he’s in the training he didn’t know he should’ve mention about extra charging 1.49 what about other worker next to him I also asked her why they they’re not telling us? it’s not about 1.49 but if they charge everyone without telling them it’s adds up and end of the they we should face with big scam either way is it company if it’s company,brand they should’ve show extras if it’s not workers should’ve notify us but unfortunately nothing…… oh also I forgot to say they’re not wearing gloves for food safety standards you should work in the same station if you don’t wear gloves but also you should wash your hands every 5 minutes I been here like 15 minutes I haven’t see when they’re washing hands going inside for cleaning or wearing gloves and they’re keep changing working in different stations...

I use to come here a few times a week but not any more . I just bought an Oz box with a Greek salad if that's what you want to call it. The guy barely put any lettuce in it than put a half spoon of veggies on it ,I'm on the bus or I would take a pic of it. There's 3 peaces of half cucumber 2 small pieces of free pepper and a bit of onions. I called hom out on it that I came here all the time and the salad never looked so horrible like today. And he responded that the owner instructed him to cheese out on the salad so I told him to tell the owner to take down the pic they have up with a full beautiful salad they where advertising with the OZ box. I will post a pic as soon as I get home for all to see. And on top of this insult I was charged an extra $1 for this salad. Great business decision make great salads for years then rip off your customers that supported you for years. Well enjoy your salads because you just lost atleast $60 a week from me never mind my family and friends when I post the pic in Facebook for all to see. And I'm not exaggerating about this it's horrible. Time to find another local...

Last night, we visited this Osmow’s location. I ordered a falafel, and my friend got a beef shawarma. The girl taking our order seemed either untrained or simply uninterested. For example, when my friend asked what turnips were, she didn’t even bother to respond and just added it to the order. She also didn’t ask if we wanted a combo (which is a basic question). When I asked if they offered fries, she just gave a dismissive “yeah” with zero explanation until my friend had to clarify for her that she offered combos too. She never asked what sauces we wanted or how much. The veggies in my sandwich were barely there, stuffed only at the bottom, and the falafel was so dry it was hard to eat.
