Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Toronto

I went online to put in an order yesterday, was told that it would be ready at a certain time. I came at the appointed time, and had to wait another 10 minutes for the order. Not a big deal, but this location may have been understaffed, the person at the front seemed to be frantically running around doing 3 or 4 things at once, the front counter was a mess, with lots of receipt tapes lying around.

As for the food, the pizza was only so-so. They seem to have skimped on the cheese (you get way more at Dominos). The boneless chicken wings were basically the same as the frozen chicken nuggets that you buy at the supermarket and heat up in your oven.

Browsing the other reviews for this restaurant, I have noticed in the last few months there have been a string of 5 star reviews, with very sparse or no comments. I am somewhat skeptical whether these are genuine reviews or not, and would recommend other prospective customers take them with a...

This Pizza Hut is the worst branch of all the branches around the world. I hate it so much and to think I made an effort not to order from them and the stupid app diverted my order because it’s the closest to me. They never even delivered my order and refused to refund my money and the customer service did not help to rectify the problem. I don’t know why this place even exist. They could never compare to Pizza Hut Japan, America or even he Pizza Hut in the Caribbean. The food is always burnt and the staff are so lazy, always messing up you order and barely do anything. I swear this branch need to be reviewed and closed. Furthermore, I need my money back because the food was never delivered. I order pizza for my employees from this location a couple times a week, today I decided to come in as I had a big order, and the front guy is not there, that's fine I understand that, however I see a gentleman at the back sorting out boxes and he immediately goes back to the store and calls the front man to come take my order, I say thank you and keep on waiting, a couple minutes goes by and I ask the gentleman how long does it take for an order to be completed, he completely ignores me, im like maybe he didn't listen, so I ask again and he socks his teeth and shakes his head, I ask kindly ask 2 more times to get the same behavior, so I leave to go to a different place to get myself and my employees food from a...
