Pizza Nova — Restaurant in Toronto

We came to order a few whole pizzas, after paying the cashier she went to prepare the pizza while she had the same gloves on her, that she just used to cash us, but the most amazing part was that she rinsed her hands with gloves on not even used soap not even changed the gloves and went to the back to the kitchen and started the preparation process ..we didn't know what to say because we didn't want more unexpected things that might come after... Then the actual pizza maker came in the store from outside, he also rinsed his hand with just water but he mades sure he dried them very well, then we wondered maybe they don't have soap but how about the cashier Ms gloves .. what excuse she got for her actions... We wondered on the deliveries order and the one on the show case how were they prepared ... This is a food place were cleanness is a must .. plus it only takes a few seconds to wash your hands properly.. being clean is not only for customer in business like restaurant but also for your own self as worker.. very...

My advice is don't ever go here. THE SERVICE IS HORRIBLE!! I saw bad reviews on google before going but I thought it wouldn't be too bad.. I was really wrong. Always listen to google reviews!! I don't remember what the guys name was, but he mumbled a lot and then got frustrated when I didn't know what he was saying!! It was almost like he was trying to make ME seem like the person with bad communication skills. I had never been there before and he just got frustrated at my questions about the menu/prices. Horrible customer service. I was patient at first but then was too frustrated with this kid and told him that I was done, so I left and went to get falafel from the place next door (really good deal on tuesdays by the way). Anyways, I think someday I will go back in there and tell him to his face how horrible his customer service is. I can deal with most people but this guy was SUPER RUDE and IMPATIENT! He...

Food was decent but customer service was not good. I asked the lady if it would cost extra for pepperoni on the panzerotti and she said no. I added the total of our bill and she charged $2 for the pepperoni as an extra topping. It only actually comes with cheese and sauce. She didn't appologize for charging the extra and got frustrated and walked away. I did the math 5 times. 2 times without showing them then 3 times showing them. She even got another worker to come deal with it and she didn't quite get it either. Unfortunately there is the language barrier. I did get my $2 back but they had to cancel the order and re do it. Since me, the customer was right, i should have been offered the pepperoni panzerotti instead of them getting frustrated and making us wait longer. Not impressed and no apologies...
