Pizza Pizza — Restaurant in Toronto

Second time going to this location and once again it was filthy. The first time I went they were completely out of napkins and the atmosphere was disgustingly dirty. Today however I had the worst expierience with the company as a whole and honestly will no longer be buying any of their products nor will I be taking advantage of their services. I had bought a slice my first time trying the thin one they had in the display it was stale and kind of on the hard side. Anyway I had wanted to use the washroom, the door was locked so I asked the woman standing closest to the bathroom door If I was able to use the washroom she denied me saying it was broken. I then sat back down and a man approached her very shortly after to use the washroom, she allowed him to use the washroom I was shocked as she had sized me up and down then told me it was broken and noone came to fix it. After eating my pizza I approached the counter and explained what had happen to the lady working on til, I asked her for the womans name as I wanted to call in and complain she not only denied me the name but after dicsribing the exact person to me then went on to acting as though she spoke no English and didnt understand what I was saying, saying she didnt know who I was talking about. Rediculas! I asked her why she was doing that and she then started speaking English fluently again so I asked again if I was able to get her team members name she told me her name was "mama" thats what they call her. I told her this is suppose to be a professional environment her giving me phonie names is unaccepable she told me to go find her and get her myself. I said mrs if your not going to provide me with the name then what is your name, so I can let them know about your behaviour as well. she denied me of that as well she walked off and didnt say anything to me and said something to a man that was working there, and he aggressively came over and started raising his voice at me I backed up and said you guys are rediculas what kind of place are you running here. He started to make his way in what seemed like around the counter towards me and seemed very angry, I was frightened so I told him it was okay nvm I will just take my business else where and left. He was so intimidating and I lelt feeling very uncomfortable. I will never go back there and never buy from this...

Pizza Pizza is already junk. This location is definitely one of the worst. Go in and order their $11 Large 3 topping after 11pm to be told by some young guy working there who barely speaks english that this deal is not available. Really?? Then why is it being advertised on CP24 every 10 mins?? Finally after telling him this, his "superior" tells him in another language this is good. Sit and wait 15 mins to then be approached and asked for my receipt and what I ordered. Hahah!! For real??? The place was empty. They made it all ok insert sarcasm by offering me free dipping sauce and pop (which I don't drink). Asked for well done, since they're m.o is under cooking pizza to rush it out....guess what???? They rushed it out undercooked. Shocking!! Took 34 mins to get my pizza.

Terrible location! Terrible chain!! Only go there cause it's 30 seconds from my home. Won't be going back.

Also, if you advertise 2 slices of cheese or pepperoni for $5 and never ever have Pepperoni....clearly no one at that location has brains. Or, they're instructed from head office to not make too much. If you're located at a main intersection on Danforth....make enough crappy pizza!!

WORST PLACE AND WORST PEOPLE EVER!!!

I came in during my lunch period and I wanted two cheese slices of pizza with creamy garlic dip and just after I paid, I saw them come out of the oven and they were burnt!!!!!

I politely asked to change my order and the girl said no and then I was like "then can I cancel my order" and then the guy came up to me so rudely and said "no you cannot do that. That's not allowed. Once the food is reheated, it belongs to you now". Then I said "but my pizza is burned" and he said "what am I supposed to do? I am the manager here! I cannot throw it out, you paid for it so it is yours! " then he quickly put the money I gave the cash regiester girl away under the desk. I stood there crying so much because I didn't know what else to do. I am only 14 years old and I had no more money to buy more food.

When I saw that they really were not going to give me back my money, I carried the pizza over to the table, put my head down and cried for the rest of my lunch period.

Just before I left, I asked for my change which they did not give me back yet and then I throw the pizzas away and went back to school.
