Pizza Pizza — Restaurant in Toronto

Hear me out. I order for pickup from this location almost once a week.

I love PIZZA PIZZA, HOWEVER the guys here don't seem to listen to customer requests... and put in little effort when making the pizza. The pizzas generally look like they've just been thrown together (misshapen, toppings aren't evenly distributed). If you ask for THICK crust, it ends up no different than normal (which is quite thin).

The top of the pizza always seems under cooked... cheese is never golden, and there's always a pool of liquid sitting on top of the cheese. Because of this, I ALWAYS ask for WELL DONE, but it STILL ends up like this... I always have to toss the pizza in MY OWN oven when I get home, to clear up some of the pooled liquid, and brown the cheese a little bit. Not to mention having to also sometimes dab it with paper towel.

I get that some toppings are moist, and cheese gets greasy when cooked... but no other local pizza franchise seems to have this issue... and they also understand what WELL DONE and THICK CRUST means.

Oh AND, if I order 3-4 toppings, I EXPECT a PROPER amount of each. Just because I've added more doesn't mean you shrink the portion size... I am PAYING for these extra toppings. If I order a pizza with just pineapple, I get lots of pineapple... but if I order a pizza with pineapple, ham, onion, bacon... it seems I get maybe a 3rd of the amount of pineapple, along with tiny portions of the other toppings. It should always be the SAME portion size per topping. I am paying $2 per topping, or w.e it is... if I order 3 extra toppings, I don't expect 1/3rd of each topping size...

I'm a bit annoyed as I am a fan of late night fast food... and an even bigger fan of Pizza Pizza ... since this is around the corner, I always crave it, until I actually get it home... where I am...
