I always does be getting great service and great pizza from pizza pizza but these couple days it was not like that , last week i made an order but the debit card machine that the delivery man come have luke it was not working so we wasnt able to pay for the pizza, so he did have to take back the pizza but when we got the money we call back for the same order and instead of giving us a fresh pizza they give us a warmed over pizza and the crust and toping were bunrt so i made a complain and get a compensation for that which is $20 on our next order , so yesterday i decided to order a pizza but the delivery man claimed he came 3 times and called us but didnt got thru to is so they cant come a 4th time so they said we have to come and picked the pizza up at one of there branch , so i went to the pizza pizza at danforth to pick up the pizza but when i reach home and open the pizza ,the pizza and the toppings were burt and crust very hard , they give us a warm over pizza again and when i called they tild me they cant compensate me for that bad service and that is not right , i suppose to get a freah pizza and not a warm over pizza and i would like the management to do something about that cause it is bad for business. About a month ago, I came to this location and purchased pizza with three garlic souces. At that time, the owner of that franchise put two garlic souces in the bag; however, I told him that there should be one more, so then he apologized and gave me.
TODAY, I went and placed the same order with three garlic souces. This time was also the same individual. He gave me the pizza and took three garlic from the fridge, put tow in the bag, and slipped the third on the side IN FRONT OF MY EYES.
FIRST, I told him that only two garlics in the bag and he said no. Then I told him that I saw him slipping the third garlic souce on a side. Ut ended up for me taking the third garlic souce and leaving the store; however, I advised him of his bad customer service and that he has no respect for the customers entering the store.
Everyone reading this post, please be alert of the items purchased from this location...
Read moreordered ahead of time for 8pm says no guarantees but will try to be either 10 mins early or late that's fine.. food comes 30 mins late, delivery driver asks me to sign the receipt(which he didn't have a pen for) then asks me "no tip?"... I say well if you were 10 mins late ok even 15 maybe but you were 30 mins late...he says well yea it was kinda busy. that's not my problem I paid for the food and delivery fee, the tip is for if the service was good in this case being relatively on time.
Update: ordered again recently(fully paid online+included tip). Supposedly contactless delivery. Driver arrived on time but started asking me for a tip...I told him it was already included and he then asks me if it's $5? Who does that asking for a specific amount for tip. Get it...
