They're very customer friendly and prices are very competitive with good quality. The above review was given after my very 1st visit. In that visit I saw some of the products including my ones were good. I was happy that time, which led me to visit the grocery store again on March 30, 2024. This time, I bought 4 Hisha fishes. I asked and demonstrated the saw cutter to cut and portion my fishes to my satisfaction. He understood my directives peacefully. Unfortunately, at the time of delivery, I saw the cutting was very bad, which actually spoiled my expensive fishes. They accepted their fault but declined to replace the faulty product. It appears to me that the cutters and staff were not skilled as they hire these types of unskilled people to augment their profit, and they don't compromise profit in whatever situation. I requested them to do something to resolve the matter, but they didn't care. I tried not to give any negative reviews as I thought if the products were good, I wouldn't leave any review on this issue. But after I ate the Hilsha Fishes, I was very unhappy with the product quality. It was tasted very bad, which led me to garbage their product. 3rd visit on July 07th, 2025 to Ababeel Supermarket: What should I say about this visit! They don't care about customer satisfaction. This time, they again spoiled my fish, cutting wrongly, even though I showed them very nicely. I saw their s receipt, which doesn't show the details. Also, the receipt is very illegible. It just shows the price, no weight, and nothing could be seen on the receipt. They are depriving the customer with some illicit intention in mind. I visited them few times specially for fish items and Deshi fruits. Unfortunately some fish quality is not that great like Ilsha however you have to pay more for this compromised fish, a part from quality of the fish they have high attitude and they don't listen to your instruction about cleaning/cutting, although they charge it separately. Biggest problem was you cannot complain about them, I bought "Ice apple" অথবা "Palmyra palm fruit তালের শাঁস form them and lichi and I was not able to eat any of them. So on my next visit I was trying to FYI them that fruits was not good at all, I have to garbage all of the fruit as those are not eat able however before even I finished my sentence with the shopkeeper, he came after me and said as soon as you leave my store with belonging you bought from Ababeel, they are not responsible for it/quality. I was shocked and surprise. I heard the same from my coworker, he had the same experience with them. His item was chicken. when he bought rotten chicken from them, they replied with the same attitude. If you have the similar experience then we should start compiling about them to small business bureau. we should not show any more...

Never buying meat here again! I requested the butcher to remove all the fat from flesh, no issues there but there was a serial to be followed. I was several numbers later so quickly went around the store and came back fast to find the meat was packed already - so the serial was not followed and I should have stood there the whole time to monitor how the meat was prepared - no doubt I was given wayyy too much FAT compared to the meat proportion. This is NOT THE FIRST TIME as the last time I visited here also to buy beef I told the person to remove any fat from the meat but had to argue quite a bit and stand and monitor the entire time. Honestly if this is how I need to keep an eye on the meat preparation EACH TIME it's not worth coming back. I have had enough and leaving with a negative review. Worst part is this is happening even in the time of Ramadan. I would have given 1 star but the meat tasted good last time so giving a 2 star - it's why I revisited but no more taking...
