WOW! In an age where take out pizza specials and franchise wars are abundant, Pizzaiolo once again misses the mark! The nickel and diming of pizza franchises against consumers who are already strapped for cash has gotten out of hand. We were charged $2 for extra sauce on the pizza?!!! Since when has this been a thing? The best part is we were not told we would be charged $2 for one small extra ladle of sauce. Even better, check the attached photo. It was more like NO sauce. On top of that you have the audacity to ask for a tip??? Come on folks, this nonsense has to stop!! I hope the $2 gouge was worth it as we will not be returning to Pizzaiolo again and taking our business else where. So long and good riddance Pizzaiolo. Folks, if there ever was a time to stand up for your rights as consumers and push back, IT'S NOW!!

TRUST. THE. REVIEWS. This was by far one of the worst pizza delivery experiences in memory. After dropping 60$ (after tax and tip) it took close to 1.5 hours for the Pizza to arrive. When the pizza did show up it was luke warm (we have to reheat it), undercooked, super soggy, insanely thin for an original crust (pizza box carboard for reference in image), AND THEN! Icing on top... Found hair in the pizza. Needless to say. Now seeing all the reviews of how bad this franchise location is... I should have read this first. Businesses are top down, so I don't blame the delivery person, customer service, or baker... This bad experience is 100% a reflection of bad ownership. I look forward to the empty hollow response from the owner saying "reach out to customer care" aka "I don't care, let corporate handle it." Never again.

Really disappointed in my order from here the other night. I love the Pizzaiolo brand and have ordered the Godfather on many occasions elsewhere. Sadly, this place brunt my pizza and still decided it would be okay to send it my way. I understand a well done pizza, but the crust tasted like charcoal. Looking through reviews, I'm not the first person with this problem. I might give them another shot in the future, but for the cost of these pizzas, I'm not sure its worth the risk at this location.

I have ordered pizza from this store a few times as I work nearby and I know the owner/ manager is Vietnamese ( I want to support my people). However, I sent my sister to this store to order a chicken pizza tonight. They made a pepperoni instead. As soon as I opened the box and saw the pepperoni pizza I sent her back to the store for them to fix it as she was 100% sure she said roasted chicken. 5-10 mins later, she came back with the same pepperoni and she told me they refused to fix it as it was said pepperoni on the receipts. But she told me she was 100% sure she said chicken. I called and requested to talk to the manager. As soon as the staff put him on the phone, I told him the issue and obviously I was unhappy. In stead of apologizing he shouted at me and told me he didn’t want to talk to me as I wasn’t the one who ordered the pizza then I put my sister in as she was right next to me. But he didn’t even let her speak. The way he said like it’s not even their fault then I told him to check the camera then he said the camera doesn’t record this that. He kept shouting and yelling at me like :” now you want to correct the pizza or not as I am busy” . I was so shocked as I never seen such horrible customer service like this before. The reason why I called to talk to the manager is I wanted him to change their customer service. They could have helped to fix the order when my sister brought it back not until I called. My coworkers and I we have ordered pizza here a few times but I will never order again in the future and won’t recommend to any of my clients in the future! Poor customer service...

We have been very happy with each visit to Pizzaiolo since opening at this beaches location. The pizza is always fresh, with several option to choose from when you want to buy a slice or two, Including our favorite 'Fredo' with olive oil, garlic, oregano, Yukon gold potatoes and rosemary! So why after all of these months am I just leaving a review? The answer is Bobby. Tonight's visit had us witness a young gentleman who was to say the least 'working his butt off' and all the while was incredibly polite, professional and made sure that no person or task suffered throughout. While we ate our pizza outside, I said to my husband 'did you see that young guy juggling twenty things and was still so customer oriented? I'm going back in after to let him know what a great job he's doing.' And I did, all the while watching him going above and beyond what you'd normally see anywhere. I told him what great job he was doing, asked for his name and to speak with the manager who wasn't in at the time. So, to the manager of this location and head office ... you should know (that I'm not related to Bobby and have never met him until this evening, LOL) that I could easily see in this young man an employee you can trust to do the job and do it right. As you can see by my other Google reviews, it's usually an exceptional experience or individual that compels me to take the time to write and leave a review. Based on what we witnessed, with the right tools, training and trust over time, he's manager material. To the rest of the team, thanks for the...

OK, I gave you a chance three times in a row. Pizza is ok, but the customer service is below standards and certainly discouraged me from coming back anytime soon.

I thought I may not be lucky, but it seems to be a common pattern. Always pickup order, with order and time confirmed plenty of time ahead. The order has never been ready on time, at least 15 minutes late, last Sunday it was 30 minutes late. Why do you then bother and confirm the order by e-mail? I would expect that somebody in the store has to confirm they're able to make it ready by agreed time? What is the point of letting me show up at exact time if you can't make it ready? I usually have another pickup scheduled from across the street (Thai place) - and yes, they are always on time, ready when I show up. Go and learn from them!

Your cashier charged me upfront without telling me that they haven't even started preparing my pizza yet. When I ask if the pizza is ready, she turns to rude - "Sir, we need 20 minutes and walked away".

How would you like driver walking through the kitchen, moving your pizzas from ovens to the boxes and touching them? Coming straight from the street, mask on the chin, no gloves ... while waiting 30 minutes for my order, I noticed that your cashier doesn't care and will serve customers without mask, letting them touch drinks.

Sorry guys, it is pathetic in today's world. I am certainly not coming back...
