Chicken wasnât the best out of all the other Popeyes places, so food i would give 3/5. But the lost of extra points is mainly due to the unintuitive line ups. I waited in the area with the line guides on the ground, people that came in the restaurant before me waited at the black carpeted area and was served by the cashiers. Maybe because the carpeted area line started getting longer as more people were coming in and lining up there. Tried calling out to them a few times to ask which line I should be in. Promptly ignored until I went up to a register to explain I was lining up at the guidelines where theyâve labelled. The major issue is that itâs not always consistent to where to line up as it was different from the last time Iâve set foot in there. So 2 things to do when you get here: Read the room carefully to see which lineups theyâre calling the next customer from. Left line? Right line? Both lines? Ask out loud to make sure theyâre taking order from which lineups if there appears to be two. Otherwise you may be in an embarrassing situation where others think youâre cutting into their line when you finally have to talk to the cashiers to explain they didnât seem to notice you and just took people from the other lineup. I know it may not seem like much, however, on days youâre tired and just want something quick, it can be quite draining to process everything. And no, I didnât yell at them or sounded aggressive, I was gently asking which lineup I should be at and if they can take my order now. Also explained I was waiting. I had i ask them a few times because (initially) the cashiers appears to be ignoring me hoping the other will take me. Maybe the assumption of the negative. Did not receive an apology of any sort. After my order, I did receive the answer to the question: âhi, just wondering which line should I be lining up at?â The answer: âoh we just...

Last week I dined in the restaurant and they got my order wrong while ordering. I corrected the person several times to ensure that my order was accurate. They forgot to give me dipping sauce, but I was at the restaurant so I was able to go to the counter to get it. No apology or anything.
This week I decided to use UberEats and ordered for delivery. They forgot my sauce which really makes the food not enjoyable in my opinion. I left a review on ubereats and both Popeyes nor ubereats failed to apologize or acknowledge my poor experience.
Tonight I ordered again through ubereats and again they forgot my sauce! My food was also cold up on delivery. The chicken tasted like it was sitting in a food warmer all night.
I donât understand if this is sheer incompetence on behalf of staff working at this location, or if this is simply a cost saving measure.
Hopefully my feedback will be noticed now that I am sharing publicly. I will not waste my time or money ordering from this incompetent business location again. I should have learned my lesson last time.
Popeyes corporate should really shine a light on this location as I feel that they poorly represent their brand.
Itâs not the fact that they forgot sauces, itâs the fact that they fail to thoroughly listen to their customers and confirm orders. The best is their failure to respond to my feedback through Uber eats. Not even an apology.

Read moreWow! What a lousy customer experience! We have a gift card which wasnât scanning properly - an issue with their card readers. The manager was able to determine that we had a balance of $25 remaining, but couldnât key in the card number manually. They âcan do a card to card transferâ, but they didnât have any gift cards in stock. Instead of doing right by the client (me) and reducing the order value by $25 (GC balance), the manager made it our problem and suggested we go home and place an online order. Popeyes could have fixed this issue by honouring the value of the card, but they chose to do the absolute least. Never going to return to Popeyes (your chicken ainât that good anyway), and Iâm going to tell all my friends and family about this garbage...
