It’s inviting and easy to navigate, just communicate with the staff what you would like to order. I went with Combo 2, where you choose one meat and one veggie. There are labels for the food options, but I found myself just pointing at what I wanted, and the staff added it to my container. The egg noodles were a bit on the greasy side but delivered that satisfying comfort food feel. The spicy beef wasn’t the finest cut, but it was flavourful and hearty enough to enjoy. ZERO STAR deserving restaurant in food, service and atmosphere categorywith racist people working there who pretend they dont understand English and only want to serve who speaks Mandarin. Why open n serve in foodcourt then ? Poor service and no acknowledgement of customers waiting in line. I asked about bang bang chicken (overhyped one) repeatedly 2-3 times (which is clearly available as I saw on display) instead they are packing for themselves to take home and putting those takeout boxes at back instead on display in front of me. if there was an option to give zero stars, I would have done that! we were in line to order food, and as we moved forward to see what options are available on the display, they started serving the “mandarin “ speaking people behind us, we didn’t care as we didn’t yet finalised our choice, but they continued ignoring us and served 2 more people who came after us, when asked why aren’t they taking our orders the lady at the counter asked us to be in line, when we said we were the first in line and all others came after us, she said “ i don’t understand, i don’t know English “ IN PERFECT ENGLISH! also she asked to line up in English! whytf you open a restaurant when u can’t serve english speaking people in a country like canada!
