A decent spot, not too exceptional or cool in any way. A typical Toronto coffee shop in the sense that they had very uncomfortable seats (see the pictures). Their tables were small so you can’t have too many things out at once, if you’re a multitasker who reads 2 books while making notes and also has a laptop out. Most of their chairs had no cushions with the exception of 3-4 sofas in the Center of the shop and so their chairs weren’t the most comfortable to sit on for prolonged periods of time which is an indicator they don’t really want you to stay there for too long. The staff also seemed quite rude and upset at me when I was taking a while to choose, even though I wasn’t holding anyone up (because there was no line and no one behind me) so that wasn’t very welcoming. However, the prices are average which makes it a fine place overall. I paid $5.99 in total after tax for my latte with no additions or modifications and as you can see in the picture, it was a good...

I went there for a latte with a friend. I've been here once before because I enjoy the ambiance. Their drinks are okayish but the art/setting is nice. However, the customer service was horrible and a young Asian barista (short, black hair, glasses) was extremely dismissive when I asked to have something warmed (zero eye contact, pushed the pastry across the table, blunty said the oven wasn't working and turned away). Figured she had a bad day. As we sat, we saw that she was extremely apologetic and kind to the next customer (white) who asked for the same thing. Very racist undertones from this server. A few black colleagues mentioned experiencing the same treatment after discussing. Non-inclusive, poor and tainted experience. Would not come back. Would...

OK this review is just on their energy balls. They were fantastic. Not too sweet lots of nuts and there was two versions when I was there a peanut butter and a chocolate peanut butter and the chocolate peanut butter was not overly sweet it was very nice. I did get a Americano and it was OK but I went back the next day as I was in the neighbourhood to get more energy balls. The café itself was full of people doing work at the tables. it’s pretty spacious but busy I would just go back for the energy bars. They have other things as well I think some breakfast sandwiches and croissants but I...

The coffee bar I’ve been looking for With outstanding design and beautiful artwork around, you wont feel bored. More art is downstairs to enjoy as well. The cashier was very nice and I got my order rather quickly. Cortado is delicious and eye opening. So that was great. I also had the MCT coffee which was way different than any coffee I had. It’s not sweet but there’s a very interesting sweet aftertaste which makes it perfectly amazing. For an after work rest or just a hangout time, this place has the perfect ambience and a great coffee. 10/10 Amazing work everyone. I’ll be here more often from now on.
