Wow, what a mess!!!! You know when all you want is some nice pho soup, you’re looking forward to a hot bowl? What a mess!!! The soup was salty beyond salts, I tried watering it down, addd water addd water add water now it’s dish water but just the right amount of salt🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️. And I like salty foods!! Then the fresh spring roll, WFH???? They must have used 1/2 a rice paper, the ends were not closed, the thin shrimps had torn out and some sitting on top, which fall off when picked up, WTH??? We couldn’t eat it as a roll cause it’s all falling apart….SERIOUSLY WTH???? Did I mention the “thin shrimp”? I’m aware they slice it in half but how many halves do they slice them??? WTH SERIOUSLY??? What a total bust $37.00 for 2 medium pho soup and 1 fresh spring rolls, even if the broth wasn’t unbelievable salty it still lacked the wonderful deep meaty pho broth. TOTAL BUST!!! Now I’m making dinner cuz neither of us can eat sea salt soup nor dishwater ** On the up side the dog snagged some shrimp as it fell off the non-roll rolls lol Would not recommend. ...

Unpleasant experience at Star King! Servers were unwelcoming , they did not seem to like us coming their restaurant. They also did not serve food properly. I ordered 2 appetizers and 2 phos. Phos were served first without bean sprout and basil. We had to wait till she brought them very very slowly! The server forgot to bring sauce bowl, too. So I had to wait again!! The appetizer were served when I almost half way finished the pho. Funny thing was my husband and I were the only customer there, so they were not busy at all!!! Food was terrible. I have eaten pho at Vietnam so I know the authentic flavour. The broth of the pho was so greasy and the tastes was not Vietnames pho!! It was just beef broth who could make at home! In addition to that, shrimps in the shrimp rolls were Not fresh at all, so I lost my appetite when I saw that shrimp! Owner should re-train their server and check the quality of their food. In addition, chef should do better inventory management to serve fresh food to customers. I will never return...

Stopped by here today after work, the place was.. Moderately busy. Only a couple people seated. So I ordered takeout. Just a simple noodle soup. I waited over 30 minutes for that Pho. No apology for the wait, nothing. That is just ridiculous and so rude.

As I assembled my soup at home, I realized it was missing ingredients as well.

I will not be returning here.

Edit: I decided to try this place out again as I was in the area.. And idk why I bothered. I got Vermicelli with Pork & Spring Roll.. Awful. It clearly wasn't fresh at all. And not even like.. Leftovers from the day before.. Tasted like a week before. The spring roll was DRY and hard. The vermicelli inside the roll wasn't even soft.. Half the takeout container was filled with "salad".
