Very poor and disappointing service. I go to this location almost every day but the service has been very horrible recently. I usually order iced mint tea (grande) and its always $3.x (about $3-$4). Yesterday, i came to this location, i clearly ordered iced mint tea no sugar, i never ordered any tea with sugar in the past. When i got the drink, it HAD sugar. I came to the counter and said politely to the cashier that:āExcuse me, I ordered no sugar but my drink has sugar.ā. The first thing she said was :ā No, it doesnātā. I told her it has sugar, then she turned to her manager who made the drink and turned out that manager did add sugar into it. There was NO APOLOGY at all, just attitude while they made me the wrong drink. And then instead of making a new one for me right away, they showed unpleasant attitude and took long time to redo my drink.
TODAY, i came and ordered the same thing. The new girl was not sure how to put into the POS, she asked the manager (the same one I met yesterday) and tole me the drink is $6.x something. I told her I always paid about $3 for that. Then the manager came and told me that her staff mischarged me the whole time and she will train them again. The thing is I have ordered AT LEAST 4 times of the same item at this location and was never got charged $6 for a grande tea.
In case you said thatās Starbuckās problem, 4 days ago I ordered THE SAME item in Fergus, ON and they charged about $3 for it not $6. The supervisor (or manager lady) at Milner location said thatās how they do things there. Her name is Charnee i believe.
Please if someone knows the official email addresses for escalation, I would love to know. I am a customer with Starbuck for a long time because the service has amazed me all the time, so I couldnāt believe this kind of service still exists. I used to work at customer service when I was student so I always try my best to be a good customer because I never want the workers to have to experience impolite customers. But since the service was so bad, i have to make this review so that whoever those two staffs would get trained so you donāt ruin Starbuckās reputation for excellent customer...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreEdit: What a disaster. Ordered a coffee traveler for 9:15. Got there at 8:45 so I could have breakfast before my meeting and the traveler was already ready. Half an hour early plus travel time to my meeting meant lukewarm stale coffee, so thanks. Anyways, also ordered 10 muffins, and a clover coffee and breakfast sandwich for myself to have there. Order placed at 8:50. Muffins took about 5 minutes and I had those and the traveler at my table. At 8:55 I realized they never put my breakfast sandwich in. Told them and they did it, but let it sit there well after the timer went off. The sandwich was burnt on the edges and still cold in the middle, meaning their fridge is set too cold. At 9:05 I realized that the people on bar were serving people that came in well after me. Had to tell them I has been waiting 15 minutes for my coffee, only to have them apologize yet put my cup at the end of the line. At 9:15 I finally got my coffee.
Do not go to this location if you can avoid it. The staff are not able to prioritize between mobile orders, drive thru, and walk-ins. The supervisor is incapable of running the floor to keep things in order. Poor management and barista training in general. Usually I can say that most busy Starbucks are staffed with super friendly and apologetic people when stuff goes wrong, but not this one, and it is nowhere near as busy as most locations I frequent.
Original Review: This place is fine if you are there early enough, but getting a seat mid-day is virtually impossible. Must be the only Starbucks around. Drive thru is fast though so still a good option if you dont need...

The staff here are above and beyond.. and yet there seems to be a consistent issue with timing on āMobile Ordersā and āDrive-thruā.
There is a huge problem with drive-thru orders always being prioritized against the orders that are placed through the āApp/Mobileā and in store, (line-up).
Staff are moving as fast as they can all while keeping a calm and collective attitude since they deal with agitated customers. Why agitated? Well thatās because orders made 10/15/20 minutes ago through āMobileā arenāt being prepared/ called out or even in the waiting rack at times. When they are, most are rushed, not properly stirred or more amount of milk/ add-on due to getting the order out ASAP!
I would have 1-2 employees focus on single orders (just coffee) to get them out of the way versus some orders that had just been placed through Drive-thru thus causing a slight pause when the next car pulls up giving staff proper time. You would think that a single coffee order would be placed quickly since 90% of coffee drinkers need to Move/ always on the go.
Another huge issue that is ongoing here at this specific location would be the lack of popular items/ snacks, which you would think after a couple years the owner would order more of these said items.
Clearly itās not working here @43Milner and clearly does it ever feel like...
