DO. NOT. EAT HERE. This location should absolutely be shut down. 1 star is unfortunately too kind and anything more is friend’s review or paid. Service is always disgustingly bad and so is the quality of the food.
Stood there in front of two employees while they spoke for almost 5 minutes without acknowledging me or the person who came in after me. Thought maybe they were solving an issue but they weren’t - just chatting while glaring at us every 10 seconds. They then kept touching the cash register and coins without changing their gloves or washing their hands before going back into the food and acted incredibly offended/perplexed when we both had to ask them to change their gloves. Barely spoke to us and were angry when asked to repeat themselves.
Gave them another shot and the woman was on a FaceTime call and kept touching her phone/placing it on the food counter several times WHILE PREPARING THE FOOD AND DIPPING HER HANDS IN THE PRODUCE AND THEN HER PHONE. I wanted to throw up knowing how disgusting the bacteria levels must be in this food - immediately left without saying anything.
This place will make you sick if not through bacteria then with the way they treat you....
Read moreI had an absolutely terrible experience at this Subway location. I came in planning to order food but wanted to use the washroom first. The staff member (an Indian girl working behind the counter at the time) was extremely rude and told me it was “for customers only” – even though I was literally about to order. She was not even wearing a name tag. A uniformed officer also came in needing to use the washroom, and she was just as rude to him.
When it came time to make my sandwich, she did a sloppy job on purpose – didn’t even toast the sub properly, took it out halfway through, and handed it over with a terrible attitude on her face. It was clear she did not care about the quality of the food or the customer experience.
This Subway really needs to train its employees in basic customer service before a food inspector ends up assessing the place. Treat your customers with respect – you’re getting paid to serve food, not to treat...
Read moreI ordered a subway bowl from this location on Sunday and was extremely disappointed at the lack of customer service and poor quality of food I received. The young male employee preparing my bowl only filled the bowl half way with food. The bowl was practically empty. I asked for more vegetables and he didn't give me any. 4 slices of a black olive and 2 end slices of a tomatoe should not be a regular serving of vegetables for an order. And, the employee did not provide me with a carryout bag or cutlery with my order. Subway bowls should be a real bowl, filled with food, not empty/half a bowl. And, when a customer ask for "more" of anything GIVE IT. This is suppose to be a made to order meal, and the cost for a bowl is not cheap for customers. Cutting corners on service and skimping out on toppings, I would not recommend...
