editing again to drop my review from 2 stars down to 1. The quality picked back up and I thought they fixed the quality issues but then the next time I went back the yam & avocado had no avocado at all. The salmon and cream cheese roll is more than half cream cheese. I’ve attached photos of this. Do you see any avocado in those rolls? I’ve given this kibo chance after chance but I will not be going back after this. have to change my review because i used to love this place but they have really gotten a lot cheaper with how much food they give you.. salmon sake comes in 2s instead of 3s now, but the price is still the same, just less food. i loved the avocado yam rolls but they put so little avocado in it it’s just a yam roll. such a shame, this place used to be good. i’ll either go to the other kibo or find another sushi place from now on. i’ve attached a pic of the yam and avocado roll, can you spot the avocado? editing to address kibo’s reply: charlotte street location still gives 3 pieces of salmon sake despite the menu saying 2 pieces, they always have. i can confirm this because i picked up sushi from the charlotte location today. it is the same price for 50% more food so i will continue to get takeout from the charlotte location.

Wow Just wow. Vising from the US and found on Google as very short 4 mins walk from my hotel (Marriott City Center - Blue Jays Roger's Center). The 4.8* rating is 100% deserved. I eat sushi as often as I can and so far in 11 countries and all over the US and it's just hands down as good as it gets. The Maguro / Tuna: Served exactly the way I like- VERY cold, and a deep dark red with no stringy muscle; just melt in your mouth tender. It was so good I tried to each each piece in 3-4 small bites to make it last. Unagi / Eel: fall apart tender; just the perfect amount of thin fatty skin; amazing. Black Dragon Roll: 5 giant pieces. Outstanding Shrimp tempura: Without question the BEST I Have ever had full stop period. So many places these days are buying these frozen foodservice pre-battered frozen tempura as a cheap convenience, but this was clearly fresh tender sweet shrimp, hand battered, light, crispy and the tempura sauce was sweet and savory and again, as good as it gets. Please is SUPER small. Probably seats about 20 people max. WONDERFUL STAFF! This will be a must-go every time I visit Toronto. Highly Recommended!

We had a very disappointing experience at Kibo Sushi House - Rogers Centre on May 5, 2025, around 5:30 PM. We paid our $44.00 bill in full, but chose not to leave a tip which is not mandatory in Canada. An older waitress asked if everything was okay, then threw the bill at us when we replied. Later, when my wife politely asked another server for a takeout bag, the same older waitress made a rude comment in her own language about us not tipping. What makes this worse is that we’ve visited the Kibo Eglinton location before, and the experience there was completely different staff were friendly, respectful, and professional. Sadly, this Rogers Centre location fell far short of that standard. This kind of passive-aggressive and unprofessional behavior is unacceptable. We won’t be coming back to this branch and don’t recommend it to others who value basic courtesy and hospitality.

Kilo Sushi, located conveniently near Rogers Center and the CN Tower in Toronto, is a true hidden gem that deserves every single one of its five stars! This delightful establishment offers an incredible array of sushi and mouthwatering Karaage that will leave you craving for more.

From the moment I entered Kilo Sushi, I was greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere. The restaurant's cozy yet modern interior created a comfortable setting, perfect for enjoying a memorable dining experience. Its proximity to popular landmarks such as Rogers Center and the CN Tower added to the overall allure of the location.

Now, let's talk about the star of the show—the sushi. Kilo Sushi truly excels in the art of sushi craftsmanship. Each piece of sushi was meticulously prepared and presented with utmost care. The freshness of the ingredients was evident in every bite, and the flavors were nothing short of exceptional. From classic favorites like salmon and tuna to more unique creations, Kilo Sushi offers a wide variety of options to suit every palate. The sushi rice was perfectly seasoned, and the texture was spot-on, creating a harmonious balance with the flavorful toppings.

In addition to the outstanding sushi, Kilo Sushi serves up delectable Karaage that is simply irresistible. The crispy and juicy fried chicken bites were expertly seasoned, resulting in a delightful explosion of flavors with each bite. The Karaage at Kilo Sushi is undoubtedly a must-try dish that showcases their culinary prowess beyond sushi.

The service at Kilo Sushi was exceptional. The staff members were friendly, attentive, and displayed a genuine passion for providing a memorable dining experience. They were more than willing to answer any questions and provided recommendations with enthusiasm. Their dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction truly made the dining experience all the...

Me and my wife always go to the Kibo on Queen and we usually love Kibo so we thought it would be a good idea to try this place because of the patio. When we get there the place is backed up because of delivery orders which is fine but when we get our turn to order the girl who took our order had such a bad attitude -- if you guys are backed up thats on you, dont take it out on the other customers. Whatever we brush it off and we order a large order for 120+ dollars. The whole time we were asking the girl questions and asking if we can dine-in / sit down. This girl flat out told me no they dont do service. Whatever. We sit and wait for our order which took like 45 minutes by the way. We take our order we leave - at this point the whole experience has killed our appetite. We walk around for a bit around the area to look for a place to sit but no luck. So we figure to just go back to this location to use their patio. When we get back, all of the sudden there are parties of 2 and 4 all eating dine-in at the patio while my wife and I had to unpack our 125+ dollar order on to go boxes and paper plates while tables beside us get full attention and table service when we were literally just there 5 minutes ago with a big order. No one came to check on us, no one came to say thank you, no one did anything but the other tables are being served. This totally ruined our night, ruined our appetite all because yall wanted to treat your customers 2nd to Uber orders that you should be on top...

Ordered online for pick up from Kibo and received the most terrible service. Not only did they get the order wrong, when I called them over the phone they weren’t listening when they asked how I placed the order or the fact that they didn’t give us the right order and immediately said I called the wrong number. I had to repeat myself multiple times until they eventually offered to either transfer the money back to our credit card (which they asked us to give the number over the phone) or give us a new order, so we chose to get a new order. We went to pick up the order and they said no to us because we didn’t bring back the previous order, which there was no mention of during the phone call. So we had to go back home again just to grab the wrong order they made (which they may give to other customers), and go back just for them to physically take out the sushi/sashimi that was wrong and putting some new sushi back on our platter. Not only is our food now cold, which they refuse to replace, the customer service and communication was terrible and they completely wasted our time. The platter that we ordered was already luke warm by the time we go it, so by the time we actually got our meal back after they only replaced some of the sushi, the soup, edamame, and tempura were all cold, and yet they still refused to replace it. I will never be purchasing...
