Captain Paul was a breath of fresh air - so friendly, so informative, so caring. He came right on time and just waited for us to board. I took my mom and my 2 sisters, along with 3 kids on the 1-hour tour. My mom was giggling and enjoying so much - it made me smile she got to experience the islands finally despite us living here all our lives. Paul made the experience. He was soo friendly and went out of his way to tell us the history behind the buildings, the yacht clubs, the scenery, the local wildlife. He spotted a beaver with its head out swimming - I had never seen that in my life. It was amazing how he spotted it and then tried to take us closer to it for a better video. That was super cool. He also showed us trees that the beaver chewed at and it was just so interesting to see these things in real life (sorry, I sound a bit sheltered). It was an amazing experience. The weather was cold and breezy and I wish it was sunny out, but that's not Mark's fault. They give full refunds or changes to schedule if you don't want to go on you appointed trip (so nice of them). The only thing I would say to fix is to clean the cobwebs all around the boat - there were many. And if a gate could be placed at the entrance of the platform so that kids could stay within the boat and not accidentally venture out. Thanks...

It's busy but they keep the line moving well. Many drivers have a really awesome music playlist and it is a fantastic ride with a view of the whole waterfront! You're minutes away from the sanctuary of Toronto Island thanks to Tiki Taxi. When our daughter was younger they would help us with her stroller. Another trip on a really slow day, they told me I could call anytime we needed a pickup from Hanlans Point. These kind, personable gestures go above and beyond expectations! Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, my partner and I were lucky enough to book a Private bout tour of the Toronto islands! We arrived on time and were pleased to see the staff sanitizing the boat prior to our departure! There was a barricade around the captains seat and plenty of space to social distance!

Our captain/guide was Robbie and he was excellent! He was comical and entertaining and definitely knew his way around the islands! He found a young swan family for us to see and got us close enough to take pictures (safely for us and the swans!)! He was knowledgeable of the Toronto islands and definitely made us want to visit again when the islands reopen!

We packed a small picnic for the two of us and were able to eat our small meal on board! We made sure to bring all of the utensils we needed and took all of our garbage with us! But it was a perfect dinner boat/picnic!
