I went there several times regarding an offer for 2 free cookies with a sub purchase. The last time I went there, the manager kept trying to convince me that it`s one cookie with a sub. I kept showing them the coupon stating 2 cookies. The manager finally honored the coupon when a police officer walked in. This place is even shadier than the 514 King St E location.
Be careful where you shop, these places are very sketchy.
I know I`ll never shop here again.

I attempted to file a proper complaint to the head office by submitting a franchisee form online. I finally got in contact with a man named Pierre Samson who is a manager of business development for Subway. This happened over a year after I submitted the form and wrote this review. This is so wrong and so sad.
I told them I just needed their offices attention and told them about the stores who try to keep one cookie for the survey and the one who pulled a knife on me. He passed me on to a woman named Melanie Miceli who is Director of Field Performance. I was asking for progress on the issue and she said she'd get back to me on the following Monday. I didn't hear anything from her until after 3 days when I decided to cut out Subway altogether due to their lack of communication and follow up. I'm done...
Read moreThe most ridiculous service I've ever seen. They have like 3 employees at the lunch rush but instead of doing the whole process they do one thing each. So one person will take your order, cut your bread and put it in the toaster. THATS IT.
Now I have to stand there and wait for the person who puts the toppings on to finish with the customer in front of me while toaster girl just sits there awkwardly while I glare at her impatiently. I can see my toasted sub just sitting there. Untouched by condiments. Please just put some onions on the thing.
The whole time cashier dude is getting a drink of water and playing on his phone while 3 people are behind me complaining because toaster girl keeps screwing up the amount of meatball being put on the bread.

I came in today (July 18th, 9:30 PM). The worker worker cashed out a customer and didn't change his gloves, midway making my sandwich the previous customer also wanted to buy a drink so the employee stops making my sandwich and starts cashing her out and resumes making my sandwich WITH THE SAME GLOVES.
