Subway — Restaurant in Toronto

Absolutely the worst subway i have ever been too. The server didn't tell me that the tuna was spoiled and all the vegetables were open and not closed. I brought my subway home to find out it was bitter and spoiled. No wonder it was spoiled since it was even covered like its supposed to be with a lid. I couldn't drive back all the way to return it but i took pictures and had the receipt so i emailed subway. The owner of this location named Chirandeep got back to us and his response was oh just come to the store and i will give you a refund. What about our time wasted driving back and forth and how about you dont bother us with driving all the way and send the money in a gift card. He was not helpful or understanding l. Why bother customers to come all the way when you can just send it by mail. Very poor experience and will not order with subway. Both food is spoiled and the customer service...

The guy making my sub was a terrible sandwich artist. He put green peppers first onto the sandwich when I said “lettuce, green peppers, tomato….” Etc. Everyone knows the order of lettuce first, then the other toppings….. From there I knew this was going to be bad. Please look at the photo attached. There was absolutely nothing in the bread, all toppings and sauce were sitting ontop the bread. He did not even try to put the items in or close the bread. He just wrapped it in the parchment paper as is and gave it to me. The fear I had opening this sandwich to see what it would look like…. Really disappointed on this particular trip. On a brighter note… the subway employee named BJAYATA is absolutely delightful and kind when speaking to customers, so good for her for being so nice...

This is my first time at this location. Came in to place an order and there was only ONE customer ahead of me doing their order. The person behind the counter was being VERY slow, taking her dear time to complete the order. I was standing and patiently waiting for an HOUR!!!!! Not only that, she then went on her cellphone and had a conversation while me and another customer behind me was waiting. The customer behind me got fed up and left.

They should at least have two people working behind the counter.
