Where do I start... The good: The location looks wonderful from the outside Theme of this place is quirky and šŸ˜‚. Staff who works the cash registers is super cool šŸ˜Ž and super nice and super friendly. Bathroom and 🚽 were really clean compared to the rest of the restaurant. The bad: It took about 18 minutes for my burger to be ready and the restaurant was not that busy... While I was waiting for my food and checking if it was ready, or not, somebody else grabbed my spot at the table. The šŸ” that I ordered was so tiny you can easily mistaken it for a cheeseburger at McDonald's so tiny it was!!! The bun it was on also probably came from the same supplier as McDonald's. There was a tiny bit of beef but I couldn't really taste it that much because there wasn't much of it 😢 The burger I had is called blue steel. Do yourself a favor order something else maybe this was just a bad menu choice... After tax this so called burger came to $8.69. Can of pop was $1.80. The UGLY: The restaurant itself is filthy disgusting. There is unfinished food on the tables, half eaten french fries laying around, the floors are revolting... Take a look at the pictures and make your own judgment.... I spent a good 30 minutes there and did not see any staff member clean the guest floor or wipe tables If it looks like this in the restaurant where patrons stay and eat I don't even want to know how it looks in the kitchen or in their storage room... Please hire more staff and don't save $$$ on cleaning staff !!!!! Overall: 2-3 stars out of 5. I gave 3 stars because staff is friendly. Wheelchair accessible entrance and wheelchair accessible seating. Lots of free parking on both sides of the restaurant. There are some wooden tables and benches outside.

I used to be the biggest fan of The Burger's Priest. Recipe Unlimited acquired the controlling interest of The Burger's Priest in 2021 and I feel like that's when their standards dropped. They used to offer your choice of their regular fries, their poutine, or their delicious chili cheese fries as a side. I absolutely loved their chili cheese fries! Those were discontinued a couple of years ago. While their fries and poutine continue to be offered, their chili cheese fries have been replaced by something called stern fries. Their menu explains that these fries are topped with onion, cheese, and their secret sauce. I have one word to describe it: disgusting! I would not recommend that dish to anyone at all. Despite the $6.99 price point and the fact that I was starving, I had to throw out about half of this dish. The service was mediocre. I was not overly impressed with either of the employees that I interacted with. As far as the atmosphere is concerned, I was disappointed with the amount of dust that covered the HVAC ducts, light fixtures, menu boards, and the ceiling. I would like to see a cleaner kitchen.

Review of The Burger’s Priest I recently visited The Burger’s Priest and had a fantastic experience. The ambiance is relaxed yet stylish, with a clean, modern layout. The Halloween decorations added a fun, festive touch, with cobwebs and bats across the counter area and Halloween-themed stickers on the drink coolers. It’s clear they put effort into seasonal decor, which creates a warm, inviting vibe. The self-serve drink fridge is well-stocked with a variety of options, from Pepsi to specialty drinks, catering to different tastes. Their attention to detail, like adding festive lettering on the fridge, enhances the experience and gives a playful personality to the place. The Burger’s Priest combines great design, attention to detail, and a welcoming atmosphere. It’s definitely worth a visit if you’re in the mood for a quality burger in a comfortable setting. Special thanks to Komal for making this visit even more enjoyable with exceptional service and attention to detail.

40$ for 2 combos is seriously outrageous for what this was. The French fries are hollow, extremely dry and taste like cardboard. I wonder if they are even real potatoes. Absolutely disgusting. I should have never bought them (and simply get the burger)… The poutine was as gross. The gravy was clumping, it’s the wrong kind of taste and too thick. The cheese curds were average. Adding these 2 last ingredients to the horrendous French fries was a recipe for disaster! Awful poutine. I tried the new Blue Burger. It was okay, but for $10, I had high hopes. Unfortunately, it was not good enough to make me forget about the rest of the order that was disappointing and gross. I ended up trashing the French fries. I ate 3 bites of the poutine and it ended up in the garbage can. I was able to finish only the burger.

Service was pretty slow for such a simple order (2 combos). There were only 2 other customers in the restaurant (maybe I should have seen this as a clear sign that the quality is far from good). I had been to this restaurant 7 years prior and this will be my last time in this restaurant. It’s not worth $40 for processed plastic (orange sliced) cheese on the other burger, while not remembering anything special about the taste, nor the look, neither the texture. Quite disappointing to...

I recently visited The Burger’s Priest on Queensway, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. As soon as I walked in, I was welcomed by the friendly and attentive staff who made me feel right at home. The casual yet trendy ambiance perfectly sets the stage for what would be an unforgettable meal.

The menu offers a wide variety of mouth-watering options, but I decided to go with the classic cheeseburger. From the first bite, I was blown away by the flavor. The beef patty was perfectly cooked, juicy, and seasoned to perfection. The fresh, high-quality ingredients shone through with every bite. The melted cheese, crisp lettuce, and tangy pickles complemented the patty beautifully, all encased in a soft, perfectly toasted bun.

I also tried their famous ā€œPriestā€ burger, and it was a revelation. The combination of the ā€œOptionā€ (a deep-fried cheese-stuffed portobello mushroom) with the beef patty is pure genius. It’s indulgent and decadent, making it a must-try for anyone visiting.

The Burger’s Priest on Queensway is more than just a burger joint; it’s a destination for anyone who appreciates a great burger. Whether you’re a local or just passing through, make sure to stop by and treat yourself to one of the best burgers in town. Highly...
