Personally, I'd rather go to Burger King down the street, and here's why:

The two meals for me and my fiancée cost $37 after tax, which is decent, but it would be much cheaper at BK. While I understand that Burger Priest uses more premium ingredients, the food was honestly bland and lacking in flavor. The burger patties had no seasoning. I ordered two bacon double cheeseburgers, which, according to the website, were supposed to come with G14 sauce—but they didn’t. Thankfully, I ordered some sauce on the side to try with my fries (it was my first time eating there). My sandwich had no sauce, and even the sauce I tried was bland.

This place has the same issues I’ve experienced at Five Guys—expensive and bland food. That’s why I’d rather just go to BK or Wendy’s, where I’m spending less for similar, if not better, flavor. I’m not trying to be rude, just speaking honestly.

The service was okay, but somehow, about six customers who ordered after me got their food first. Some even received their meals after ordering five minutes later. I waited 17 minutes for two burgers and fries.

On a positive note, the fries were really good, so I might come back eventually to try the poutine and maybe...

When you're looking for that grease through the paper bag burger and fries joint, this is the place to go. From my occasional visits here, I've had the chance to try a few of their burgers, and all of them have been deliciously satisfying. The burgers are dense and filling, and a single order of fries can easily be split between two.

Service here, although not McDonalds fast, is quick enough. The time between ordering to having a greasy burger in your possession is usually within 6-8 minutes. Pretty good considering all the burgers are made fresh on their flat top. This particular location is my preferred as there is plenty of seating as compared to some of their other outposts, and a decently sized parking lot.

The somewhat overpriced menu items is the only gripe I have with this otherwise fantastic Toronto based burger chain. Expect to spend at least $15 here for a meal (burger, fries, drink). Not absurdly expensive, but still high enough to make this place more of an occasional visit rather than a regular go-to for a quick meal.

Overall though, one of the better burger joints in the GTA, whose ever expanding secret menu will keep me coming back every...

Manager or owner is very rude. I walked in directly to the patio carrying my dog in my arms, spent over 50 dollars in food. On the way out she yelled as I was walking out the door with my dog in arms saying he can’t be in here you have to get out. Which I understand but totally caught me off guard and instead of walking through I quickly backed up back onto the patio and asked a friend to pass him over the railing to me. Like I said I totally understand the rule, but there were no signs posted, and nobody had said a word to me when I brought him directly to the patio in the first place. She waited though until we paid and had already ate and then decided to make a scene in front of everyone. The manner of which she dealt with the matter after spending a good chunk of cash was completely unprofessional and rude. Yelling “get him out they will shut me down”. Simply walking up to me politely and telling me that dogs are not permitted would have been suffice. I live in the area and have visited this location a lot in the past but it’s safe to say that will be the last. Thanks and I’ll be sure to...

What a unique take on burgers and religion, and I mean that in a good way. There are a few other places that follow the same concept but The Burger's Priest probably does it best. They're menu is stacked with different kind of burgers which are brilliantly named with puns (this is much appreciated especially for a pun master like me.) The have some standard burgers and a few unique variations on their menu. But their "secret menu" is a whole other story! You can check it out and see if you're up for the task but some of those burgers are extraordinary! The dining experience is nice however you will smell like burgers after dining in. It's obviously better to eat the burger fresh off the grill, but given the current situation, take-out and delivery will still satisfy your cravings. Yes, I would recommend this place and here is what I would recommend from the menu: Holy Smokes The Vatican

Got the high priest burger with fries and a pop. Sets you back $16. The high priest is their take on the Big Mac (two patties, cheese, raw onions, pickles, lettuce, special sauce, between 3 buns). It's ok. The patties needed salt and I prefer my cheese a little meltier. The sauce was nothing crazy. Overall the burger was more satisfying and definitely bigger than a Big Mac but it was also a little dry. The fries are fantastic. Perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, and they give you so many that the fry bag stands up on its own. I tried the gravy but I don't recommend it. It has a very burnt taste, and it's hard to describe accurately. The service was pretty great, and the staff were friendly. The place has quite a few seats, but it was a bit dirty.

If you’re craving a legit, greasy, no-frills burger that tastes like it came straight off a diner grill, Burger’s Priest is the spot. The patties are juicy, the buns are soft, and the overall vibe is “comfort food heaven.” I tried the High Priest, which is basically their take on a Big Mac — but way better. It’s stacked just right, and the sauce is killer. The fries were decent, not mind-blowing, but they did the job. And if you’re feeling wild, definitely try something from the secret menu (yes, it exists and yes, it’s awesome). Prices are a bit on the higher side for fast food, but you’re paying for quality. Just be warned: it’s messy, greasy, and you’ll probably need a nap after. But that’s part of the charm.
