I’ve ordered here many times. This was my first and LAST time dining in. We were 4 people, 3 adults and 1 kid. When I got the bill I was puzzled as to why it was a lot more than I had calculated. They automatically added a $9.14 tip on a $60 bill. They handed me the POS to pay with the screen set to add tip and luckily I noticed that they had already added their own tip. I was mad because they didn’t say anything before about automatically adding tip and they didn’t mention anything after about adding it and then to have the balls to hand me the machine to pay to add Tip again. You literally just stole $9 from me and how many other people you’ve done this too. This is shameful and should be treated as theft. You have set prices and that’s what customers agree to pay, not some made up fee. So to future potential customers, please Check your bill before paying and refuse this theft. Tips are optional, not mandatory.

Saw a promotion for 15% off on online orders. Proceeded to place a very large online order, but the online app would not process the discount. It would only take off 10%. Had my husband go to confirm the order, and the restaurant staff refused to honour the promotion, which apparently is on until June 30, 2023, according to their Google site. They kept saying that it was for a different location, which is completely untrue! THIS IS A SCAM. Buyer beware. **Update - when we unpacked our order at home, we discovered that they sent us two orders of green curry tofu, instead of two orders of green curry chicken, even though we paid for chicken. Shame on the restaurant for cheating patrons in this way. I will never come here again and will tell my friends and family about this.

i don’t like to leave 1 star reviews unless the place is really, really awful, so when i say that this is some of the worst food i’ve ever had, i mean it. we ordered veggie pad thai on uber eats for pickup and only after a few bites we had to throw everything out. both orders were super over cooked and mushy, the vegetables were clearly all from frozen and over cooked and bitter, and the tofu had a terrible sour/expired taste. the flavour was unlike any pad thai i’ve ever had, in the worst way possible. even the crushed peanuts that came with it were stale and soft. luckily uber refunded our entire order. i would never go here again, it was so gross and disappointing.

I have been ordering from this location for years. And I mean YEARS. Honestly, the food is hit or miss here, sometimes good, sometimes not good. But we kept ordering because you get value for your money. That ends today. I placed an online order with a special note specifying "allergic to peanuts, no peanuts." You would think that means no peanuts on the order, right?? WRONG. I ordered pad thai and mango salad, among other things. When I came in to pick up my order, I asked the server if there were peanuts in my order, she said no, after looking at the printed order paper. I said I know there are cashews in the mango salad, can you make sure those are in there? She took out the salad and I could see through the lid, they were there. I asked because I know sometimes if you specify a peanut allergy, they just remove all nuts. So I got home, opened the salad and scattered throughout the salad, amongst the whole cashews, were crushed peanuts. ARE YOU SERIOUS?!?! First of all, you SHOULD NOT be employing cooks in the kitchen who don't know how to read basic instructions on an order sheet. It was clear as day, no peanuts. Written twice. Why didn't the server verify with the kitchen when I asked her if there were peanuts in the order? She could have also prevented that order from leaving in my hands. When I say I have a peanut allergy, I mean that I could die if I consume them. This is not a joke. This is also not the first time that peanuts have been included in my order. When I place over the phone orders, I always inform the server on the phone of a peanut allergy. It should literally be on my file, connected to my phone number. The entire 10 year history of what I ordered should be on there. More than once, I'd get home and notice a small container of peanuts had been included in the bag when I clearly stated no peanuts with my pad thai. I still ate the food those times because the peanuts were not IN my pad thai but I had brought it to the server's attention once before. I'd get an apology but my issue is for it to not be repeated. Either way, this recent event was so infuriating to say the least. I returned the mango salad and asked to be refunded the price of the mango salad but big deal. Will the kitchen get reprimanded? Probably not. Will this happen again to someone else? Most likely. Will I ever order from here again?...

I don’t like leaving bad reviews but I felt compelled to do so after my recent horrible pick-up experience. I ordered on an app and forgot to include that I have a food allergy so I called the restaurant less than 5 mins after placing the order and they said it was too late and the food was already done. So I contacted the app and they said they would take care of the issue and contact the restaurant. When I went to pick up my order and asked if my allergy info was changed the host kinda mumbled and gave me the impression everything was good. I’m glad I checked my order in the car before driving away because the order was incorrect!!! So I went back inside and the host said the app never contacted them with new instructions. He refused to fix my order so I left.

I understand there could have been a breakdown in communication between the restaurant and the food app company but the host didn’t have to be so mean. Also, it’s pretty irresponsible to be so vague when it comes to an ALLERGY.

ALSO how is it possible that the food was ready in less than 5 mins when I first called??? Clearly they aren’t making fresh food.. if I wanted fast food I’d go to Thai express at the mall...

In summary, absolutely abysmal customer service from “friendly Thai” and I will not be returning.

They are...

Very sad I have to admit ... they used some ingredients that weren’t okey .. they made my family sick ( milk was not good and coconut cream was expired I want to believe by the taste and smell )they refused to reimburse me and they have Offered me the credit for next time usage which I agreed. Called again to use my credit and they told me I will be charge because I was not qualify for the minimum amount for delivery even though they were the ones that did not comply with the healthy standards in regards the ingredients so I was waiting for the managers call whom never give me a call back so I decided to go over the restaurant regardless the current situation and ask for my refund or my order and my surprise was that they Insisted to charge me extra . awful management. I didn’t end up pay anything else. the employee made us believe that she did some extra exception and avoid the extra charge amount according to her .. we have been ordering for 8 years since we got in the Neighbourn we were consecutive clients very disappointing that there have acted very unreasonable with such a loyal...
