Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Toronto

I’ve been a regular at this location, and I must say it’s always a pleasant experience, especially because of the excellent manager here. Her name is Jaz, and she truly stands out in the best way.

Jaz is calm, quiet, and very composed, which makes a big difference during busy times. I’ve seen how she supports her team, not by standing in the front but by quietly stepping in from the back to help whenever needed. It shows her leadership style: leading by example, with patience and humility.

She’s also wonderful with customers. Always polite, approachable, and professional, she makes everyone feel valued. I personally enjoy waiting for her shifts just to have a quick chat with her, she’s genuinely kind, and it makes the experience even better.

One thing I’ve noticed is how well the shifts are managed here (distributed 5-5-4 out of 14 morning and afternoon), and it clearly shows how organized she is in balancing the workload for her team. That’s rare to find and definitely worth appreciating.

Even though I haven’t taken photos here, the staff knows me well, and Jaz in particular always leaves a positive impression. Her calm presence, professionalism, and even her little signature style — like her morning ponytail that reminds me of a mare — make her memorable (later she wears a hair net).

Her birthday is coming up this September, and I sincerely wish her the very best in her life, career, and everything else she pursues. She’s an outstanding manager, and this place is lucky...

It is with the greatest pleasure that I write to everyone today about this Tim Horton's location. In my personal experience it by far outbeats any other Tim Horton's around. I will start off by saying they have the best and most qualified baker ever. He comes in early each morning to prep and prepare the day's menu. He is super fast and super efficient and extremely easy to communicate with. His name is Ashik. There is a lovely, smart and intelligent lady named Sangee that is their head cashier and is fabulous at her job. She greets each and every customer with a warm and welcoming attitude and is aware of all their wants and needs. She always looks and acts in a professional manner and all her customers including myself love dealing with her because of her kindness and ability to get the job done properly and efficiently. They have a wonderful array of cashiers here who are pleasant to their customers and who do their jobs well. The cashiers I am referring to and have also waited on me are Kunishka, Clarissa, Shiny and Maria and all are terrific on the job. Last but not least we have the manager who is Rohit and he is great at running the ship. He is a very quiet man but extremely competent and well organized in his daily routine which I would say counts for a lot. I love being a part of this Tim Horton's Team as a valued customer and will continue to recommend it to...

UPDATE: I have made a complaint already about the Tim Hortons located in the gas station at Kennedy and Finch. The same two male co-workers I complained about not wearing a beard net still are not. Today I witnessed one of them taking a bag of ice, slamming it on floor to break it up, the bag split open and the ice actually got on the floor. They picked it all up off the floor and put it in the ice bins to serve to us customers. This location is absolutely disgusting. I noticed after my complaint that they are wearing gloves when handling food and drinks. Please make my above complaint aware to the location manager.

Worst place ever!! The employees are rude and are very disrespectful. It seems like no one there has their food handlers degree. When prepping food for customers, they never are wearing gloves. FYI, for the two men who work the afternoon shift need to either wear a hair guard for their beard or shave it. Don't need no facial hairs in any of my food or drinks that...
