Just had a decent meal at Wendy's dundas&Regent park. Selected the dine in option, thought would change it to take away, but I was already on the checkout page, and it did not let me change so I took my food sat and started eating almost close to my meal, One of the two staffs, The guy says this is closed area please leave and I decided since I’m already halfway through my meal I finish the wrap and then take my poutine out and eat. I had a little bit of garbage in my hand, and I noticed all the garbage cans were already cleaned out at 12am so I decided to not throw the garbage in the bin and decided to carry it out with me exactly when the female crewmember looks at me annoyed, Shouts at me saying 'excuse me',and then roll her eyes pretty obviously. in my head, I said I was trying to do them a favour by not dirty. They’re already cleaned garbage beans, and in return of that I am being embarrassed in front of my friend and other customers I quickly decided to leave the store because I was very shocked by that eye roll and felt really awkward and humiliated. they are Indians and they are my people so I understand late working hours can be taxing, but it often happens that Indians in this country are not the best words Indian I’m sure had been a white guy they would’ve been very nice to me and let me eat wherever in the store I would’ve liked to, but since I was not, I was asked to leave, rolled eyes on and shamed.
A sad cold rolled tortilla wrap was not worth going through such humiliation at midnight when I just wanted to cheat meal after a hard days work definitely not going to Wendy’s and should have stuck to Popeyes right across the street .
for the staff I hope they go through a similar experience soon and realize how it feels and for others thinking about this store, literally cross the street and eat Popeyes or Timms better than this 100% and the staff bothers to smile at you...

Within a mere 5-10 minutes, our steaming hot meal was ready, a welcome change from the lukewarm fare often encountered elsewhere.
The cheeseburgers were scrumptiously satisfying, each bite bursting with flavor. Accompanied by perfectly crisp fries and refreshing beverages, it was a meal that left us thoroughly content. Reflecting on our experience, I am genuinely puzzled by the average review of this place being only 3.7 stars. In our opinion, it deserves a solid 5-star rating. Read moreUnbelievable rude service!!! Placed an order on Apr 9, 11:43pm, arrived at 11:45pm, the door already locked. There was one guy cleaning inside, I knocked the door and waved my hand, He ignored me. I called the store number, no one picked up. I stand outside for 5 mins, still no one open the door for me, I have no choice but leave.
I come back today (Apr 11, 5:15pm) to ask for a refund, cashier is extremely rude, told me that he did make my order on that day and I should hardly knock the window to let him notice me. Excuse me? You should not lock your door before your business hours and expect customer to knock your window!
I told him that this never happened, I came here all the time, even walk in to order at 11:50pm. He asks me how many years ago, funny :-)
I don’t even receive one word for apology. This cashier just kept making excuses for himself.
I used to have very good experiences from other staffs in this store, but this time, I am so disappointed. Hope the owner can train your employee better, otherwise you will lose...
