Ruby Restaurant Lounge — Restaurant in Town of Hinton

We were told this was a new restaurant so wanted to give it a try. It has very basic foods. There was 1 other table of 4 when we walked in. We ordered our drinks and there was 1 forgotten which took 15min to get. We sat for over an hour waiting for our food while 2 other tables of 4 came in. The waiter apologized saying that the kitchen was very backed up which was fine, new restaurant, these things happen. First meal came out which was a salad that had no dressing on it. The second meal came which was cold fries, mushy veggies and a cold but good tasting cut up chicken breast. 15 minutes later, no chicken wings or fish and chips for the last 2 orders and still no dressing for the salad. Fantastic experience food was awesome service was next lvl server came back often to check in and refill but not too often to be bothersome bent over backwards to be accommodating prices were reasonable two people left full but not to the point of stuffed for under $40 this has been our third time eating here while not being a guest of this hotel we came here to eat only while in town enjoying the mountains all three times we’ve enjoyed it better than smittys for everything quality service and atmosphere but by far service is what you come to expect for service all in all if you want great food and next lvl service I would highly...

Spent a night at Holiday Inn decided to eat in the lounge in the hotel. the Server was great very friendly and helpful. I ordered chicken Fettuccine Alfredo, they did not have Fettuccine and subbed offer was Penni or languini so chose languini. the meal was good expect the garlic toast was white sliced bread.
