Updated review: I gave this McDonald's a good review in the past, but after yesterday, I have changed my review. The night manager last night was trying to giving me the wrong order at thr drive thru . I told her mine was just a Sundae, she told me I had to come inside. Couldn't believe it, go inside for 1 item. Then when I did go inside, she said she got confused with the order.
The previous week, I asked for fresh fries thru drive thru. The same night Manager gave me stale fries. I told her these were not fresh. Then she said I will take 5 to 10 minutes. I agreed that it was fine and she told me to park out front. I waited 25 minutes and my burgers were getting cold amd no one was coming. I drove back through drive thru and the staff were huddled. I think they forgot about me. I asked them are the fries ready I been waiting 25 minutes. She told me that's what she told me earlier that it would be this long. I informed her she was not being truthful; she said 5 to 10 mins. Anyways, I asked are the fries ready, she said no it will be just 5 minutes. Couldn't believe it. I returned the cold food back to her amd asked for a refund. She didn't even apologize. Went to another McDonald's close to my home and had a much better experience. Wasted over half hour at McDonald's; unbelievable.
Previous Review I live 10 mins away from this McDonald's, but it's the best one. They have the best tasting McDonald's food; always fresh and they never forget anything in my order. Read moreGenerally avoid this McDonald’s at all costs. Not only do they forget most of your order half the time, BUT if you do happen to receive what you have ordered it’s usually missing toppings, is old cold and absolutely inedible. Management does not care to retain customers as when you phone or voice any concerns regarding said order(s) you are told that there is nothing they can do for you as they are “cracking down on policies”. Cracking down on policies or zero care for customer retention? If I have ordered and paid for products with the modifications and liking in which I have requested, why am I not receiving what I paid for? Humans make mistakes, but after this many poor experiences it just comes down to negligence and lack of training/competence to complete said work. To further, why am I not to be reimbursed or credited in some way(replacement???)? I love buying things and not getting them then being told I can’t be helped. Lastly, in the last year I have stopped by here maybe 10 times?? Not a single time that I have gone through the drive thru, have I been helped in an orderly matter. The double drive thru really does nothing. They pump cars out on one side, and on the other you have to say hello 4x to even have someone address you. I would like to say these instances are sparse, but if we are addressing this specific mcdonald’s they will follow through with the promises above each and every time and leave you in a huge disappointment. Read moreI came to this restaurant excepting the regular standard of service that I receive and other McDonald's. Unfortunately that was not the case here. I was served by an employee by the name of Sanoli who told me I would have to wait as she finished packing an order. I was fine with that. 15 minutes went by as she continued to pack food and laugh with another employee. I was concerned as it was not busy at all at that time and no one was waiting for food. I asked finally how much longer it was going to be. She yelled at me and told me that she would be with me after she packed her family's dinner. I was so shocked at her attitude and her rude behavior. She finally finished packing at least 3 large bags of food and walked away from the front area. I realized at this point that she had left and was not returning. Since I was never served in a reasonable manner I was left to leave the restaurant with no food. I am not impressed with her poor customer service and complete neglect in completing my order. I won't be coming back to this location. Also I'm pretty sure she never paid for any of the food she packed for herself. I'm not sure but this employee lacks the respect and courtesy as a normal person at a work place.
