I have never been treated so poorly in any opa establishment, I love opa but this locations lack of customer services/ communication skills/cleanliness needs to change immediately. As I approach the till to order you see me standing there waiting and what does your employee decide to do she decides to just stand and stare at me for 5 minutes and then approaches her coworker in the back to tell her to come help me even though she’s not doing anything, then screaming and yelling across the food court to the people who ordered before me just to say the payment didn’t go through. Was screaming and yelling really necessary? Why not just walk up to them and politely let them know that the payment was declined (instead you cause a huge scene) meanwhile the same girl who’s always in the back on her phone is shoving her fingers in her mouth while chatting with friends. As I’m waiting for my food I over hear the beeper saying my fries are done and she puts them on for an extra 2 times just so she could take her personal call😡 I ended up waiting 15 minutes for fries and tzatzikie on what world does that make sense it should be 5 minutes max not too mention the lack of food proportions is horrible I’m paying $5.30 for an order of fries the box should be full not barely half full, not to mention that my fries where mixed with meat products what if I was vegan opa and that’s why I got fries not meat products...
Read moreI have been coming to this location for about 8 months every day (i got sick and found this was the only thing i could eat that didn't make me ill) the food is always great and the service is always quick. i have never had an issue like some of these bogus complaints I've been seeing. the manager has always been respectful to me, the girls know i have been ill and constantly check up on me even come to my store to make sure I'm doing ok. I was having a vertigo attack while ordering my found last week and they wouldn't let me leave, they walked me back to my store to make sure i didn't faint and injure myself, even though they were in the middle of a busy lunch rush, to me that is going beyond customer service. they may be quiet at times when its super busy cuz they are in the zone and just trying to get through their line ups but they are far from rude. i have seen people yell and scream at them cuz they ordered the wrong thing, i have heard words hurled at them that shouldn't be hurled at anyone and yet ive never heard them talk back to them. these girls deserve...
Read moreI had the worse experience . I ordered and got my food the rice was so hard it tastes so dry and un cooked . I went back to tell them and they said the rice was old that’s why it’s hard . Why would you be giving your customers old rice that’s disgusting. Navjot the cashier was not apologetic at all instead she was showing attitude . I went back because my potatoes had the old rice on them so I could still taste it and asked them to make me a new fresh plate . Instead they just put the same potatoes on the plate . While giving the food to me again navjot really sarcastically said “I hope you like it now “ because she knew she gave me the same potatoes and nothing was fresh . If a customer doesn’t like the food instead of showing attitude be nice . I’m sure navjot wouldn’t want to eat old food . So I would really invest in some more...
