We needed to try this place simply because they are serving crêpes made from buckwheat (Sarrazin) and so far we have not been able to find this in BC. The place is very small, maybe 7-10 tables and other seating at the counter. They do not accept reservations and it is understandable as crêpes are normally a quick turnover (e.g somewhat like fast food) The problem is that when it is bus, you have to wait outside or go for a small hike.. there is no awning above the entrance door so it is somewhat inconvenient when it is raining, but the wait should not be too long. We had 2 main crêpes and a dessert crêpe. We ordered as well some cider and the cider is from BC. It is acceptable for taste and price. The recipe for the buckwheat crêpes is good and tasty. My wife likes them very much as they are thin and crunchy. Personally I prefer a thicker crêpe and not as crunchy. Just a question of taste and what we are used to. Regardless, we did enjoy the crêpes. For dessert we shared a raspberry crêpe with "Chantilly crème". The crêpe was not buckwheat (Sarrazin) but Froment (Wheat) as it should be. Again a thin crêpe but not as "crunchy". My wife enjoyed it. On my side I found that the Crème Chantilly was more a standard whipped cream served from a can than a classic crème Chantilly (whipping cream, sugar and vanilla). The service was gracious, and responsive. Overall we enjoyed our meal, and when the Manager/owner mentioned to me that I could customize the crêpe to have it heavier and less cooked we decided that we may have to go back.... Some reviews indicate that the price of the crêpes may be "salty".. not really. One has to consider the price of the rent in the area they are located!

I ate at this restaurant over the summer, just before they rebranded away from their crepe focused dining experience (I believe it was called Ca Marche at the time). I haven't tried it since so keep this in mind. We ordered a couple of savory crepes, and a couple of sweet crepes. All the crepes were quite good, including the sweet crepe with grand Marnier and orange. A man who I believe is the owner served us and gave recommendations. He was helpful and the service was quick. He mentioned they were rebranding as the crepes were not overly popular here in Vancouver. The space is small but quite chic. It would make a great spot for a date, or perhaps a business meal. I didn't try the coffee, but my coffee lover partner felt it wasn't especially good. I had a glass of cider with my savory crepe, and found the drink to be quite refreshing and not overly sweet. The one thing worth mentioning was a conversation overheard at a neighboring table with the owner. Two women were asking to split a crepe. This was a woman and her elderly mother. The owner was insistent that the crepes were really not meant for splitting, so they ordered two. I noticed when they received their meal the older woman wasn't able to finish her crepe. While I understand some dishes are really not intended to split, and the owner likely wants to increase profit by recommending they order more food, in some cases it's better to be more understanding of your customer base. I would definitely go again as it is a lovely spot and I'm sure the new menu is fantastic.

Cute little place that gave me stereotypical French cafe vibes! Definitely had an upper casual vibe, and not a place for groups. The Aubergine was a pleasant surprise. The eggplant was fried nicely - crunchy, yet not too oily! The crepe also had egg incorporated in it, along with a thin layer of beet hummus, which was a great base and subtle flavour. With the eggplant being oily, the cucumber and watercress balanced out the richness well, as they were really refreshing. This was my favourite crepe so far, definitely would recommend it to vegetarians and eggplant lovers! The fraise was also good, but more of a stereotypical flavour. The macerated strawberries were fizzy - this is definitely a preference thing. I liked how they left the strawberries in big chunks as well, rather than thin slices. Now the croissant ice cream was buttery and a lot - too rich for me, but if you love croissants and ice cream, it tastes exactly like how you’d expect. Overall, it wasn’t too sweet, the crepe didn’t have butter or sugar layered within, which was a good call not to add. I’m a big fan of this place. I love crepes and they did a great job with them. Ambiance was nice, service was great. Only thing is that this place is definitely a bit pricey for crepes. I would say it’s justified for what you get, but I’m a foodie who doesn’t mind paying more for an experience. This is not your cheap eat, casual crepe!
