Great little business with integrity. You know you are supporting good people and good business practices when you shop and eat here. They aim to be zero waste, recycle and compost properly, and most of their packaging is reusable, returnable or compostable. They aim to source as much local as they can and have direct relationships with farmers and even their customers. It's a casual place with self-serve cutlery and water. You order at the till, seat yourself and clear your own tables. Everything is vegan, organic and most items are gluten-free as well. You can find lots of specialty products there and the produce is good quality and reasonably priced for organic. They even have a discount day once a month. As for the food, they try to make things as healthy as possible while still being enjoyable and fresh. The kale caesar is amazing, the Incredi-bowl is filling and has all the components of a healthy meal. The tofu scramble and waffles make a great breakfast. They make all their juices fresh to order. Green juices are made with a cold-pressed juicer that grinds the greens slowly, so be prepared to wait 10-15 mins for a green juice sometimes. It's first come first serve so sometimes there can be a wait but there's lots to look at around the store while you do. You can also call your order in in advance so it's ready for you when you arrive. Staff are helpful when you have special dietary needs and have questions. They are totally transparent about every ingredient in their food too which is hard to come by at restaurants and really appreciated. They have lots of options if you want something raw or cooked, sweet or savory, healthy or more indulgent. Highly recommend.

The ethics, morales and example that this cafe sets is exactly what I was looking for when doing some research for a joint like this on the drive. I love their emphasis on social matter, protecting the environment and animals, reusing and being cautious in every way with proactive and innovating ideas. The food I must admit is pretty yummy, I had the Quinoa Waffles (I would suggest the large with three waffles, otherwise you may be hungry after) and they were extremely good. My friends Tofu Scramble was also apprently pretty good, but took a good 45 minutes- 1 hour to arrive which was very frustrating. However, after raising a complaint the staff were very friendly, apologetic and I mean I’d lie if I said a free smoothie didn’t smoothen (yes, pun intended) things over and afterwards I was happy as a clam! After all that, it turns out I discovered the absolutely incredible 'Espresso Yourself’ Smoothie.. WOW! seriously, now that is so rad and THE best smoothie I have ever had, period. Smoothies to take out are a $2 deposit for the mason jars. Slightly pricey, but a lot of R&D as well as effort goes into every single process so its definetely worth trying. For coffee, they offer Soy or Coconut alternatives. The menu is very good, catering to different types of flavors and offering both hot and cold options for breakfast. Support local and our precious earth!

Eternal Abundance Cafe is an all-organic grocer and vegan cafe that serves a vast variety of plant based and gluten-friendly meals, drinks, and treats. I stopped by for an afternoon dessert and was pleasantly surprised with their array of options. I picked out the Chocolate Mousse Bar, Chocolate Chip Cookie, and Ginger Molasses Cookie. The Chocolate Mousse Bar is a creamy cashew-cacao-date mousse with a crumbly coconut-pumpkin seed base. The pairing of these simple ingredients come together to create a sensational bar that makes for a close to healthy treat. As for the Chocolate Chip Cookie and Ginger Molasses Cookie, they were both so delicious! What I love most about the Chocolate Chip Cookie is that it’s made with an oat base. I find that it really adds to the flavour and complements the dark chocolate chips well. Both cookies are equally thick, soft baked, and crumble at each bite, which makes them all the better. The Ginger Molasses cookie is my personal favourite and one I intend to buy as a batch the next time I stop buy! It makes me nostalgic for the holidays, and I can only imagine how much of a hit they would be at a seasonal get together! With such a great selection of both meals and treats, I look forward to coming back and trying more items off the menu!
