WOW, it felt like I had sit-down restaurant food, thanks to this amazing ( delivered ) pizza! This is my first experience with them & boy was I more than happy with what I received They have in-house delivery service in addition to using 3rd party delivery apps. (Of course, I prefer using in-house when possible) I normally always want thin crust, so I took a chance ordering from them not knowing what to expect... & yes was happy with the thinness of the main body (the outer rim was puffy - all good) Their pizzas are fire baked on a hearth stoned oven Super fresh taste & fine (sit-down resto) quality throughout (& Sgreat the next day - we has leftovers as we ordered XLs) Its hands down my new (to me) pizza delivery place <Follow me on Instagram @aida.loves >

Normally out favorite medium/ cheaper pizza place. Something has changed recently and I wouldn't recommend it anymore sadly. Ordered a prosciutto and argula pizza with roasted garlic and cheese bread. One lengthwise piece of greyish prosciutto per slice , barely any roasted garlic and way too much arugula. Cheese sticks were cut into pizza slices, super thin and had very little actual cheese on it. Really too bad as we always used to love this place. I will drive a bit farther and get from Pizzeria Barbarella instead (our go to recommendation for good Vancouver pizza).

I used to be a frequent patrons of pizza garden 10 years ago before their acquisition by megabite. As many things were, it was a simpler time back then...the pizza was cheesier, saucier and the staff was much more approachable. There was one time where a friend and I ate 10 XL slices of pizza because they kept making new delicious pies for the counter. My go to is the hot capocollo with mushrooms, that was an amazing pizza each time. However I've noticed that the pies they make nowadays are quite different, not as generous with the toppings, sauce or cheese.

We had a bad experience on Wednesday may 10th 2023 when we went to pizza garden on commercial drive and ordered one large pizza. We got into the car and our children ate about half the pizza but when we got home, we had opened fully opened up the pizza box and to our surprise we saw ants everywhere inside the box and around the pizza. Who knows how many ants my kids had eaten in? They were traunatized at the thought. We called the establishment right away and spoke to a Brad and explained what occurred. He had said that they spray every day for bugs and he apologized. I told him that he better check all gis pizza boxes and he thanked me fornthe heads up. Ne had also told me that the manager will call us the next day to figure out what he can do to compensate for our very ad experience. The next day came and went with no phone call from any manager. So we took matters in our own hands and went to the Pizza Garden with the remaining pizza in the box. We let the other customers go ahead of us in the line so that there wouldn't be anyone around so as not to embarrass the company when we talked to the staff. The staff was very rude when we explained what happened and did not fulfill our wishes of getting a refund. One of the workers kept saying "we don't have a bug problem" We felt as though the workers did not beleive us, there was no compassion, just rudeness. This is the truth. Would you like to find out that there were ants on the pizza that your children had eaten and then not get reimbursed for it? I strongly believe that there should be more compensation of just a reimbursement of the pizza filled with a box full of ants. Never going here...

Ever since the management or the ownership of this place changed, the pizza became GARBAGE! We have seen how in the past, their pizzas were made with care & attention & the management actually cared under former ownership, but now, most often, the entire pizzas & slices are BURNT and the bottom of the crusts are covered with BLACK BURN MARKS which are carcinogenic & a health hazard! SLICES ARE SMALLER, COLD -- which is absolutely unhygienic -- with much FEWER TOPPINGS toppings, RIDICULOUSLY LOW AMOUNT OF CHEESE, and at least one-third of each slice is mostly bread which most likely than not, is a lame way for the owner(s) to maximize their profit!!! This is despite the fact that they keep INCREASING THE PRICES; so if they argue that the price of goods & materials have increased, we should remind them that YOU ALSO KEEP INCREASING THE PRICES, so this should not be an excuse for sacrificing the quality and the quantity of the pizzas that MUST be make according to the franchisor or brand standard manual.

BTW, COLD pizzas placed under the cold window, close to the wall, most of the times TOUCH THE WALL!!! In addition, when you ask the staff to heat the slices in the oven, they only put them there for less than 10 seconds & throw it on the counter. Very LOW CLASS INDEED! We, along with our friends and family, WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE UNLESS THEY GO BACK TO THE FORMER STANDARDS, QUALITY...

I really enjoy pizza garden pizza. But the customer service and organization of the pizza garden located on commercial drive is horrible. They are so disorganized with orders, it took forever to make the pizza I ordered. I was quoted 25mins and I came back in 30mins and asked if my pizza I ordered was ready . The person said is is not ready so, I waited another 10mins . At this point my wife was upset and went in to check for the pizza and they didn't even start to make it . We were upset and asked for a refund and then they started to make it and said it would take no longer then 7mins . If it only took 7mins why did I have to wait 50 mins for my pizza . In my opinion and because they either forgot about my order they should have given the pizza to me for free or at least add in a few extra slices . This would of been the proper customer service procedure. I will not be ordering from this location ever again and will be advising others to stay away from the commercial...
