Bought the steamed rice rolls (cheung fun), a sticky rice wrapped in lotus leaf (knor mai gai) - it was BETTER THAN GOOD! More filling. Wish I bought more. & steamed buns (char siu bao). Generous portions, great value! The comfort food is fresh, consistent, familiar home-style, and great value. The Frozen Section offers wonton, & other standard dim sum items that you can cash & carry home to steam! Beef rice rolls with sweet soy, hands down man. My first experience was good. I can't wait to try other items. I was here at 8:30am and I'm surprised they open so early.

This is a take out joint. There are no tables and chairs here. They have day old items inside their red Coca Cola fridge. It’s also cash only. Prices are very friendly and reasonable. It’s the most frugal low priced quantity over quantity place you’ll ever find for breakfast and lunch.

First time to buy from Jin Sui Xiang Bakery. Line up was short. Parking is limited to street parking only which is difficult to find during business hours as there are many businesses along Victoria Dr. I bought rice noodle with pork roll and Chinese dumpling 🥟 for takeout. Got home and my first bite of the dumpling was terrible. There was a small pebble in the dumpling and nearly cracked my tooth. My chew broke the pebble into two fragments.
