Yummyslice Pizza — Restaurant in Vancouver

Ordered online waited over an hour just to be told my order hadn’t been started had to wait another twenty minutes. Upon arrival 5845 Victoria Dr, Vancouver, BC V5P 3W5 just one lady working and said I wanted to add something to my order, felt like I was ignored until my order was completed (she was the only person it was not busy yet she just didn't come back to counter) Would not recommend as establishment was not clean tables filthy, chair I sat on to wait definitely was sticky, tissues on the floor, bathroom was told not in service eventhough waited almost 40 minutes to have everything ready. (see photos) Because I added something to my order the pizza was cold because she would not keep it on the oven to keep warm. Only three people came I since I entered one of the gentleman was angry with the very slow service to warm and double toast his pizza that was sitting in foggy display then he said it was chewy he was unsure if it was even properly cooked. Not one table was even wiped down and trash bin was almost full. At the entrance when you walked in felt like someone had spilled juice or soda because it stuck to shoes and you could hear it when customers walked to counter. The deep fried Mac and Cheese bites tasted bland yet stale and the pizza was subpar if even and since I waited it was cold by time I got to my friend's place five minutes away, we had to reheat but the quality of ingredients and lack of ingredients, when reheated it tasted worst than precooked frozen store bought product. I initially called to inquire about offers and other details, but no one picked up at first. To my surprise, I received a call back shortly after. The person who assisted me was prompt, patient, and incredibly understanding despite the numerous questions and adjustments I made over the phone.

I must admit, I was quite messy and indecisive while placing my order, but she remained calm and respectful throughout the process, ensuring everything was handled perfectly. Her professionalism and courteous approach truly stood out, and I greatly appreciate the outstanding service she provided.

As for the pizzas, they were absolutely amazing! We used to frequent Yummy Pizza on Granville, but ever since the staff there changed, the experience hasn’t been the same. However, this place far exceeded my expectations and didn’t disappoint in the slightest.

The flavors were spot on, the crust was perfect, and the toppings were fresh and delicious. It’s not just about the food, though – the exceptional service made the experience even better.
