I really like the Indian dishes and appetizers from here, they're really delicious even in comparison with other restaurants that fully serve Indian cuisine instead of pizza. My only reason for not giving full stars is because the wait time is usually exaggerated. The worker had told me my order would take 15-20 min but it actually ended up taking 35-40 min which is quite a big difference. I also heard her telling the customer after me that his 2 samosas would only take 2-3 min but it still wasn't ready by the time I left (it had been about 10-15 min at that point). This is the second time I've had to wait quite a bit longer than the time that was said. I don't mind if it takes longer to cook, but please just be honest and realistic with the time so that I can plan for how long to wait.

Have been looking for a go to pizza place around the area for a little while and I’ve definitely found it! Parmz delivers one of the greatest pizzas I’ve had in a long time. The pizza is perfect and loaded with cheese and cooked to a perfect golden crisp. And the lasagna is one of the best I’ve ever had at a pizza place! They have plenty of great deals at fantastic prices well worth it! I am excited to try out some of their other pizzas and sides too! I definitely recommend checking it out if you have the choice!

So I've lived in the area my whole life,I've giving parms my highest rating because I love them and have eaten them my whole life but the past year I don't even know what has happened. This is my 3rd time in the past 6 months and it's been 3 stars at most. 2 large 2 topping pizzas for about $30 and this is what the pizzas look like? I wish I could keep trying but at this point I need to try something else and recommend elsewhere for my friend's because I could make better pizza at home.

I was attracted by positive reviews on google maps and ended up being in a huge disappointment. Beware of the ‘FAKE TAX’ they are charging. Upon making a payment for my order, I felt like I was a bit overcharged for the amount I paid and asked the attendant. I was told they charge 5% GST and another 5% ‘Service tax’. Wait, what??? I thought GST stands for goods and ‘services’ tax... what is the additional ‘service tax’ you are charging???? I asked the attendant multiple times whether that additional tax is mandated to collect by the government and the attendant said yes. On their website however, if you try to order online, it only shows that you are paying GST, not the other 5% tax they said they are charging to everybody. The attendant made a call to someone(assuming the boss..?) then offered me $1 cash which I didn’t take. If this is something the government asked you to collect, why would you return it? Apparently they are just overcharging the small, hard-to-notice amounts onto their customers under the name of tax to make their own profit. I wouldn’t have felt this bad if they had not said it is the service tax mandated by government. They could’ve made up something like Covid19 charge or whatever.. Please just don’t get the government involved. Lots of people say buy from local businesses.. and this kind of experience makes it difficult to visit this business again unless they offer a sincere apology with reasonable excuses.

I might be wrong. There must hbe some brand new tax regulations.. I might not know all the tax regulations... so I sent an inquiry to CRA to investigate this matter to see who’s...

Due to a google error (the pizza location I wanted was connected to this number, not the fault of this business) I ended up calling these guys to order a couple of pizzas. The woman's accent was very thick, so I didn't understand that I was not picking up from the right location (again, not the business's fault, nor the woman's in any way, just a communication mishap). When I called back to explain the mistake, and to see what kind of solution we could come to, they just immediately started screaming at me like I was a petulant child. I couldn't even get a word in to explain what I wanted to do (like, reach a freaking compromise for toot's sake) because the jerk on the line felt like unloading on me for a mistake. I was shocked. The only word I got in was a swift and curt goodbye. I have no idea what kind of pizza these guys make, but they have the absolute worst customer service of any pizza place I've ever talked to. I did not want an argument. I wanted to make it right....
