Quantum Coffee — Restaurant in Vancouver

I'm officially obsessed with Quantum's lattes. Their espresso is not overly acidic and sour like I have experienced at some other local cafes in the city. Also, THEIR MILK FROTHING TECHNIQUE IS PERFECTION! Seriously, I have had this conversation with multiple people and everyone agrees.

Other pros: Excellent location, just off of the Canada line station at Waterfront in the hub of the downtown business and shopping sector. The seating is minimal, but most people grab their coffee to go so their seems to always be space, if you don't mind sitting at a shared table. Minimalist decor for that clean, Insta-worthy esthetic.

Better coffee you would hardly find in the centre, but in this case seems like coffeehouse is from the new generation of coffee houses in modern world, but they’re still little bit behind, although so much better than so called bland coffee or what that concept is.
