Hot Fast Food Gas Station. Welcome to this Petro Canada station regularly for gas as well as lottery tickets and their in-store baked danish! It's been serendipity ever since we discovered baked goods. For years we watched as Safeway's bakery department declined in their quality standards and consistency. It was quite a surprise when we discovered how good Petro Canada's baked goods were in comparison to Safeway any day! At $1.69 each + tax it's a bargain. Flaky croissant dough generously filled with a cream cheese and berry jam or their new latest chocolate danish. This chocolate danish rivals the best pain chocolate from a French bakery! There is double the amount of chocolate in this new danish while the pastry breaks into flaky shards of delight in your mouth. According to one of their cashiers their danish pastries are baked in limited quantities daily so they usually run out by 8 pm if you're lucky. I know we're not the only customers who make a stop here for gas and pastries. Waterfront Station is the major transit terminus of Vancouver. It is located on West Cordova Street in Downtown Vancouver, and is within walking distance of the important places of Downtown Vancouver. Canada Place, Convention Centre, Harbour Cruise terminals, Floatplane terminals, the historical Gastown district, Coal Harbour, and two major universities are located in the vicinity. The building is more than a hundred years old. It has a red brick façade and was designed in the neoclassical style. The station serves as a terminus for the Expo Line and the Canada Line of the Skytrain, as well as the West Coast Express. An overhead walkway connects the station to the floating pier which serves as the platform for the Seabus. The Seabus connects to North Vancouver at Lonsdale Quay at regular intervals of about 20 minutes. HeliJet’s heliport is adjacent to the Seabus concourse, and the floatplane terminal is two blocks west of Canada Place. I love the canada line and especially waterfront station. You can get A&w buddy burger, mama burger, Papa Burger, Grandpa Burger, baby burger, or you can have it your way and get Subway no I'm saying where you going to catch a Subway get it haha. Over here in Vancouver we call them skytrains even though they go on the ground so for y'all people aren't from around here some of the skytrain are actually talking about the ground train other than that I love it takes me a few minutes to get home from downtown. I can't wait till the new Broadway line is finished. The people working down there as we speak deserve a salute because I know how hard and labor works can get you guys doing a great job.
