The Pizza King - Broadway — Restaurant in Vancouver

I used to give this establishmenyt regular business.....after several times of them getting my orders wrong, and still taking my money....I decided to stop giving them my business....tonight I decided to give them another chance, mostly, because no one else was open for business....I was busy, so I oredered online....this way, if the order is wrong. I have a paper trail....imediatly after I ordered onling....some guy phones me, and tells me they don't usually deliver to my location....4-5 minutes from their location....I asked why? He gave me some lame excuse....he demanded that I pay 1st before theyy will deliver my order of 3 lasagnas and one pizza....I told him I never have to pay any of his competitors until after it's delivered....he was stubborn....I told him he just lost my business....his reponse was "ok"

whoever responded to my review is delusional. I pride myself on being honest and truthful. What do I have to gain by lying?....all the reviews I've read on here....this person is replying negatively....Whoever talked to me on the phone was making demands....I was very professional with him....he was done talking and I told him already....I would not do business with them....Maybe they had delivered to this street before? I wouldn't know? I do know for a fact they've never delivered to my building, or my suite number. Once again I will state....you lost my business. If that's being rude then take it how you will....suggestion....be more professional. you'll get more business than you can handle

Disappointing,

Ordered online and they sent confirmation email and the food never came. When we called to inquire why the food was 30 minutes late they refused to take responsibility and would not make up for the fact that they CONFIRMED Delivery but never came. They claimed to have called but no one called and no call in call history. This is the 2nd time this has happened with them. They obviously are bad with technology or have super BAD service.

When we asked what he would do for us to make it better they offered us No discount refused to make up for his mistake and tried to gaslight us for them calling the wrong number to confirm as we had a printed confirmation.

Also the 😡😡😡 Rude Angry business owner never tried to make it better but did manage to find our phone number,

Call Us AFTER they found out we left a bad review and tried to bully and HARASS us to try to take it down. We had to call BLOCK him to stop his HARASSMENT.

Horrible, Horrible service!!!

We have been going to Pizza King for over 40 years so it is hard to not support this business any more.

Will Never order...

Used to be good under previous ownership. I expected the same quantity when I received my pasta meal. The difference is as follows:

1. no longer a salad and dressing for the same combo

2. prices are higher than before

3. half the cheese there used to be for the pasta

4. pasta is now 25% less (used to fill to top of container, now it’s 1cm below top)

I ordered the BBQ pasta meal. Food quality is similar as it was before. Incredibly expensive and low value. For $26 after taxes, I expected to comfortably split to 2 meals. After eating half, I’m still hungry. Willing to change review score if quantity is increased and salad is added back. Until then, this place deserves 1 star. I feel ripped off.

Edit: How sad and pathetic that after a negative review, the useless owner’s response is that I had not come in a while. He said this instead of actually addressing any issues tactfully or with any efforts. He also fails to address the fact that there are a string of negative reviews before an after me. Sad how far this pizza...
